I currently train Muay Thai 3x a week (Mon,Wed,Fri) at a gym for 1-2 hours each day. This involves technique, bag work, sparring, as well as some calisthenics (push ups, sit ups, pull ups). I also stationary bike 10-20 miles in a 30-60 minute time span on Tuesday and Thursday. I have a membership to a "normal" gym that I haven't taken advantage of in a while, and I was thinking of adding 1x a week strength training on Saturday.
Any advice on a routine? Goals are general health and strength, as well as helping my training. Is adding 1x a week strength training even worth it?
