Deadlift is my best lift and I'm tall.
Most of the best deadlifters in the world are tall.
You just need to find the exact form that works for you. When I deadlift it almost feels like I'm doing a standing leg press.
Most people on YouTube making form guides are either short guys claiming to be average height or average height guys claiming to be tall.
Learn to deadlift from strongmen, they're all 6 foot and above.

Hafthor is 6'9 and (arguably) holds the heaviest deadlift ever

      Eat more
I'm also 6'4 and have no issue putting on muscle. I was fat in the past though.
Eat junk food if you have to; you just need them calories.

ITT: Tall gays report best/worst lifts for us giants.
Ill start with the worst lift for tallgays:

Best lift is deadlift/squat. I'm very limb dominant. My legs and back are big. Worst lift is ohp followed by bench. Bench is getting better; Larsen press is king.
Long arms make ohp and bench difficult.

You really just have to eat a shitload of food. First priority is getting enough protein, second is getting enough calories.
Track your weight at roughly the same time at least once a week. I usually weigh myself every time after workout, that way it isn't fluctuating with different mealtimes or activities. Day to day isn't as important as week to week and month over month trends.
If you aren't gaining weight, eat more until you are. I'm only 6'2" and it was really surprising how much food I had to eat just to gain even a couple pounds per month. But over the course of 2 years I did go from 180 lbs>220 lbs without becoming a fat frick

      200g protein per day MINIMUM
I'm also 6'4 and sometimes eat even more. Other anons aren't kidding when they say you have to eat a lot

I hate how much easier manlets can fill out their limbs. I squat like 100lbs more than one of my friends, but his quads absolutely mog mine because of his shorter femurs.

    best:
    deadlift
    squat
    barbell rows
    worst:
    bench press
    bicep curls
    overhead press

5'6 here, deadlifts are my easiest lift and I can easily put on muscle with only 100g protein
is that the only advantage shortkings have in life compared to tallgays?

Honestly, I just did low reps, high weight for a long time—alternating between 2-3 reps and 5-6 reps for years. I do like 5-6 sets.

6'8 and 260lb deadlift is my best lift. The worst for me is bench, I'm really struggling to progress.

    6'5 260
Best lift is probably back squat 205kg, I have relatively short femurs despite my height so I can squat really upright
Worst probably 86kg strict press? I'm bad at pressing
