The whole concept is interesting but there's a lot of bullshit. For one, he keeps talking about "physiological age" but then uses superficial things that ultimately don't matter to demonstrate results. For instance, getting a hair transplant and dutasteride injections to keep a full head of hair have nothing to do with physiological age.

Vanity is part of his brand.
If his gray hairs were still showing, people would call out his obvious bullshit a lot faster.
He looks like he has aged rapidly in the past 5 years, because ironically by trying to get healthy doing the wrong things, he has made himself sicker at an accelerated rate.

no, supratherapeutic T levels age you. But using TRT (as in actual TRT, not the bullshit "TRT" you're thinking of) where you're keeping your levels in the average normal range as you age, will keep you more youthful.

I dont understand the reeeing around this guy, I can only assume it's jealousy. Who wouldn't want to look and feel as young as possible for as long as possible? If you read even one article about the guy he's all about "feeling" and "functioning" like you're young, not necessarily just the appearance (tho he's all about that too)

Getting slow and sore with cognitive decline and shitty eyesight and digestion and hearing as you age is not some fricking badge of honor, I think it would be kino to look (and feel) max 40 until you die at 90

If ur gonna make this some unnatural "tower of babel" thing then ig people shouldnt lift or be autistic about their diet as they age either? I agree that he's weird looking but he's got kids and is a nice guy in videos and interviews

Most people here likely would not copy this guys routine if they had as much money. Everyone agrees with being healthy and being healthy means you want to feel good and perform well for as long as possible. Not much difference in goals with this guy. But I’ve seen some of videos he’s in talking about his routine and i don’t agree with a lot of what he does for health. I also think his obsession with youth is unhealthy.

His best take is on diet. You can NOT allow yourself any sort of choice or freedom, because the body and brain will always take the shittiest, tastiest, most caloric, sloppy, easily edible, greasiest, sweetest thing it can get, always. You can cope your way into dieting 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 1 year, but you will eventually fail and give in. That's a main tenet of every athlete and bodybuilder, don't give yourself too many options at home. If you don't have a pack of biscuits readily available, you can't binge on it.
In this regard, he doesn't allow himself any choice. Today we eat this, this and this, this many nutrients, this many calories, all perfectly measured. There's not 1 gram more or less. Like he said, every calorie counts and must battle for its place, there is not 1 random thing in his diet, no filler calories. This extreme discipline I've also found that it's very liberating to the mind, it clears a lot of thought space and energy. Interestingly enough the orthodox monks also practice this form of food discipline, and it gives tremendous mental clarity when food is literally a non factor for you, you don't even think about it outside of prepping.
I've debated myself I also need to try it for at least a month, have everything measured and prepared so that I don't have to think about food anymore.

I want to add, that's the 1 thing I like the most about that guy in the OP. If I was rich, that 1 thing I would do is hire myself a chef. I don't give a frick about cars and suits and watches, but if I was rich and had the available income, I'd definitely pay a chef and take the burden of food and food prepping away from me forever. I fricking hate thinking about food and having thoughts and mental energy revolving around food. It's the 1 thing I would get myself rid of, if I ever could. If I could never think about food ever again, that would be fricking great.

Nope. If you know how bad are pure carbd and seed oil, you will eat healthy. You will feel discussed just looking at that shit. If you still eat that shit, it means you are jot sold, you need to learn how bad that food it. Simple as that.
Like I don't restrict myself from taking heroin. I just don't want to take it as I know how dopamine and neurotransmitters wotk and what would be the consequences. If I find kilo of heroin, I won't have any urge to take it (i had painkillers before and know how it makes you feel). You have to be genuinely moronic to eat greesy fast food or do heroin.
Well... he is genuinely moronic (unless his end game is to later scam people into his new business) so he wpuld do that.

Black person you're acting like this is some huge discovery or stepping stone? This is literally the 101 of health and fitness. I can't remember the last time i bought something bad or unhealthy. I don't eat any sweets, any processed shit, no sugar. Just don't fricking buy it lmfao, having shitty food at your house is proper NPC cattle shit.

I have eaten the same stuff repeatedly for 2 years straight without changing anything up and it hasn't even been tough.

I think some of his ideas are okay. I think the eating in a 4 hours window in the morning is probably pretty beneficial.
The best sleep i ever had was day 3 of a 5 day fast.
Some of his other stuff like using lasers to selectively burn parts of his skin is pretty weird.
I've added some of his exercises to my daily prehab/rehab routine.
I don't like his vegan diet but apparently he doesn't preach veganism he just responds better to being vegan despite it tanking his test levels (which doesn't make sense to me)

None of those min-maxing protocols will get you any benefit as long as you're living a relatively healthy lifestyle with minimal stress and no drug consumption.
It might add a couple of years at best but is it worth it? Until there's some magic drug or gene editing breakthrough, it's all pointless. It all comes to genetics mostly
