      GREATEST*

Oh and before any surgeries consider trying to gain a good 20 more lbs of muscle to fill things out a bit.

I’d never have surgery but once I get done cutting I wanna bulk and focus on gaining muscle mass

I literally just started taking the goyslop meme seriously, if it didn’t grow ona tree or out of the ground or if it wasn’t sliced off an animal I didn’t eat it and only one meal a day as well.. as far as exercise I got a jump rope and 2 25lb dumbbells and I’ll do prob 200 curls a day also I walk around 7miles a day….everyone talks shit and says “wow dude that’s incredibly unhealthy the way you did this”!!!

I hear you man, I think part of why people say that is half due to lack of any real understanding that when you are that fat you can afford to go hard and be healthy still, and also it makes them feel weak because not many can do this at all not to say in only 6 months.

        i'm happy for you man
i left myself go and i need to drop like 40 kg at least, honestly your progress gives me hope to go back being healthy and to take care of myself
do people treat you differently btw? i noticed people treat you way worse when you are fat

Not OP but the guy he replied to. Same shit happened to me. I got my shit in order around 19/20 and it was night and day. I fell off and let myself go again and the bad side of this is ever so obvious due to the contrast. The world definitely treats you better when you’re in shape.

OP you’ve increased the fire under my ass to fix this. Been back it a few weeks I have to go way harder now. I’m not working hard enough. I have to fix this.

One meal a day except for a handful of nuts in the morning (and shitloads of ice water whenever I felt hungry) was how I cut from 250 to 170 in like 4 months once. Just be warned, if you don't make a serious effort to keep it off for at least a year so that it "sticks", it will seriously frick up your body for a LONG time.

          and
          >ice water when hungry
Why does this work? It’s what I did. I lost around 120lbs in less than a year doing what OP did.
          >keep it off a year, or damage
I stayed sub 18% bf for around 4 years but what do you mean it could cause damage? You mean if you instantly go back to fatty it fricks with the body in some type of way?

I got fat again after those 4 years and stayed fat for around 3.5 years. I’m trying to fix it again now, starting off with my old method but using the shit I’ve learned to make it “healthier,” planning to slow cut once I’m down to 200lbs again. I don’t ever want to frick this up again.

Nice work, and that's surprisingly little loose skin given your previous size. Loose skin in the pectoral area is one of the few places I've seen before/afters where former fatties bulked up and significantly improved the appearance of their skin
    >t. loose skin haver on my lower stomach that looks like shit unless I'm low bf

I think it part it has to do with having relatively healthy skin, you see how pale he was. Same shit happened to me as a kid but I assumed growing a few inches helped reduce it. I’m cutting again and terrified I’ve gotten too old to not have loose skin

Honeslty Im surprised you have so little loose skin for how small you are now.

But the other anons are right, now you get to do the fun part of getting fit and actually build mass.

Friendly reminder that bucket crab posters have something in their life they’re miserable about. No one who loves themself would go shitting on someone’s genuine progress as they understand the concept of the journey and what a milestone is.

          Post body w/timestamp fatty
