      Your jaw is not a permanent structure, you can make gains with the mewing technique

          most of the world. first world especially due to the abundance of soft food, have underdeveloped jaws
          i don't know about mewing but some german (iirc)used blocks in the mouth to expand it and fix peoples breathing, tooth alignment, overbite/underbite etc. before the advent of braces.
          Haven't really looked into it because i have a decent jaw but it might be worth looking into for other anons.
          Your back teeth also stimulate the production and release of stem cells along the sutures when you chew so that might be another avenue.
          I'm a studylet though so what the fuck do i know?
          I think OP pic is jsut losing weight + end of puberty. Maybe even shop.

        no they wont. you will absolutely not look like right in 2-3 years of natty lifting. i love it how babby lifters think 2-3 year is a long term goal like thats some ultimate level lifting time frame.

        yeah a good chunk of your gains will be made in 2-3 years because the progress is not linear but you are sitll FAR FAR FAR from looking like that or your peak natty form. you will never look like that but to reach as close as possible it's 5-10 years minimum.

          Well some people can do it with 2-3 years of strict lifting and diet.

          Most will not look as good but its going to be fair enough. Lot depends on height, frame and obviously the most important, genetics and healthy T levels, which is very envorimental and random nowadays.

    yeah thats about right for a natural. bare in mind if u look like left picture you will benefit IMMENSELY from doing a cut. not quite like pic related but you will still look really really good.

    i dont know how to engrave it into people's mind but getting lean is like a multiplier of 10 if not 100x in terms of looking good. you have the lean muscle mass already
