My 1 rep maxes are 200kg squat 120 bench and 215 deadlift.
Although I do train for strength 3x a week

Have you considered not being fat? Impressive lifts but if you want abs train more often with less intensity and focus on hypertrophy more, and ofc have a sensible caloric deficit nothing more than 600 kcal

dude this is literally just sub-10%bf, and he's not even that muscular. Anyone can do this with good diet and a little exercise... when you get that lean, any amount of torso muscle will be visible in this way.
What gear actually does to you is it gives you this level of dryness/leaness while also being buff as frick, with muscles bursting full of water. It allows you to get massive muscles while also being super low body fat. THAT'S what is impossible to attain without gear
