    The worst my shoulders felt were when I was doing close grip tucked elbow flat bench press.
    When i flare out my shoulders feel fine, but I do DB press and it feels great.

    The list of exercises IST thinks are destroy your spine grows every day. Deadlift? Kills your back. OHP? Kills your back. Incline bench? Kills your back. Maybe strengthen your back and stop being a pussy.

    Most of the day my right shoulder is incredibly weak and if I were to try and rotate it in a circle it clicks alot and almost feels stuck. Ive had this since August although I never tried to stretch it.
