      Mustard.
      Dice it into small pieces, douse in mustard and yoghurt/sour cream, fry like goulash.
      But better google or ask your mom, she probably knows.

      Fry diced onion in lard, then throw in liver. Fry for a bit, throw in some paprika, cumin and salt and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with rice.

    I eat piles of liver. There's really nothing like it as far as food goes. If I'm feeling depleted or just not with it a good week of scarfing down some liver for breakfast does wonders for me.
