      One of the big takeaways from centenarian studies is that low stress is a huge deal. Walking a lot also seems to be very common. So yes, be happy. But considering what board we're on... lmao.

    moron, you're looking purely at outliers. This is statistics 101. You should be looking for clusters on the higher end of the lifespan range and see what common characteristics they have. Two countries with the highest lifespan are Spain and Japan for example. Many people attribute this to their consumption of seafood and active lifestyles.

    Look bruv. You’re dead at 45. Body will shut down no matter what you do. Now you can exist like this in a weakened state for a long time or you can have a fantastic 25 years from 20 to 45 and you’ll die sooner sure but your quality of life will be immensely better.
    Also it’s better to die at 65 having lived a full life than at 95 having lived a long life.
    You only live once. You are only young once. Every day passes by one time. Then it’s gone forever. Make those days count. Because you aren’t going to be making up for missed opportunity at 85. Living to 100 instead of dying at 65 wont make a single difference to how you spent your 30s.
    You either make the most of your life now or you’ll have a long time to regret it.

    You could also get taken out by a war or something even if you did everything to live long.

      That's not how it works. People who die at 60 aren't just normal healthy people right until they die, when their peers wither the 30 years after that. Smokers etc. they age incredibly much faster so when they're 60 they've already withered away

    Here's the big redpill. The way you live to 100+ years old isn't by doing X diet, by working out, by meditating, it's none of that stupid shit.
    If you want to live to 100+ years you need to not die before you reach 100. If your heart fails, you die. If your kidneys fail, you die.

    Clearly not if we are having this argument. You can live to 100 by having medical checkups and seeing if any of your organs are having problems. If you don't die from any accidents then there's a few things that can hit you randomly like an undetected cancer, a blood clot going to your brain or a stroke you get without any previous signs.
    If you want to live to 100 just live to 100. If you don't make it, it's your own fault or you got unlucky with shit that is out of your control.

    Don't look at what the 100+ year olds are doing to get to that age. Look at what got the people who didn't make it to 100. No one really dies from old age, they die from some organ failure.
