Eat a can of cod liver, then you won't be hungry

You have cravings because your diet does not provide you with what you need. You still should have sweet things in the form of raw fruits.

Ignore these morons. No study has ever show cravings to be associated with nutritional deficiency (except for craving ice, which is associated with iron deficiency, go figure).

YOU'RE AN ADDICT. Accept that and things get better. Recognize that you're in more trouble than a heroin addict, because a heroin addict doesn't see billboards and TV commercials for black tar heroin every minute of every day. Recognize that you've got a lifelong fight ahead of you. You'll become a better fighter overtime. Just don't inject heroin bro. Don't do it, and it will get easier.

Agree, treat refined carbs like you would treat sugar, sugar like alcohol and alcohol like poison. I did this and i could get my cravings under control, but everytime i eat sweets, for example at birthday parties or other events, i relapse for a few days until i can control my cravings. It's like: "oh, I will just eat that one piece of candy. Maybe another one..." and so on until BAM, I ate the whole package. I lack selfcontrol so i have to make up for it through abstinence.

Something i want to add is, with sugar I mean industrial sugar. I still eat fruits, mostly apples and berries, and that never affected my cravings. If you wanna eat something sweet fruits are fine, but just not something like 5 bananas in one go

          >refined sugar
          It's not just that.

If you eat things like white and wheat bread a lot that could be pumping up your blood sugar. Wheat bread has a glycemic index higher than white sugar. Don't believe me? Google it.

Beware of anything that just dumps a bunch of blood sugar, like bread, oat bars, etc. Those are tools, not things to eat without paying attention. I'm not saying they are bad, I'm saying they have a specific purpose. A farmer would not eat oats because they tasted good. They would cook them, let them dry, and then take them into the field so they could work for four or five hours.

The purpose of quick carbs is for when you are working out ****right now****. Like a farmer working in the fields, or a biker on a 3 hour ride. They need glucose ****right now**** otherwise they will not be able to function very well (they don't have a lot of body fat to rely on either). That's how fast they are using up their glycogen.

So they eat high glycemic stuff that pumps up their blood sugar ****right now****. Oats, bread, and so on. The reason why people get fat is because they have these hi-carb "farmer diets" of pancakes, bread, oats and then... sit at a desk for four hours before moving again.

When the blood sugar comes down, do they have endorphins from working out to offset it? Do they have the satisfaction of a hard morning's physical labor to elevate their mood from any blood sugar crash? No. So they get cravings for more stuff.

All of this can be solved not by avoiding carbs, but by using the carbs you eat. If you don't have a farmer's work schedule, why would you have a farmer's diet? If you are not an athlete, you have no business eating almost any carbs at all. That's why I ask what you eat?

You're the type of person that can't have a happy balance. Limiting yourself to just one sweet a week or fast food once a month will just have you looking for more. I'm like this with alcohol, I have tried to make vodka a sometimes drink. Sadly, I eventually find myself drinking it every night.

The solution is to quit and never partake again. The desire to drink still gets me sometimes, especially when times are hard and I walk past the bottle shop, but the physical cravings disappear fairly quickly.

It gets better friend it takes a while to adjust to new dietary habits but just stick to them. You have to stick to a sustainable diet. Ignore all the meme diet shills, meme diets are unsustainable and ultimately lead to a binge purge mentality usually leading you back to being a fatty. Just keep on avoiding goyslop and goyslurp, over time your brain with forget about it. I have had the same thing, sweets can be very addicting but when removed for a time we gradually forget and lose the cravings.

Just eat what you want by doing OMAD or intermittent fasting. That'll naturally keep your calorie intake low, just avoid eating too much of calorie dense stuff that doesn't fill you like sugary drinks.

This is terrible advice. It’s easy to binge on sweets once you start and over do your calories. Once you have removed them you need to keep them out until the craving is gone or even forever so you won’t relapse

If you do OMAD then it's very difficult to eat a caloric surplus assuming you're eating meats/veggies/grains/rice that stay in your stomach to digest then eat your ice cream or other desserts.

You are assuming people will be smart like you, some people do OMAD and don’t eat good stuff like you and will binge. OMAD works with a solid diet but some people can’t stop themselves from eating sweets and just binge on that with mediocre food in between. I have worked with many fatties like this.

This doesn’t happen. Stop larping. After 3 weeks of eating clean your body doesn’t crave bad shit. You’re just trying to demoralize fats from ever trying. Absolute homosexual

The solution is both simple and relatively quick. But it's gonna be painful. (4 u).
    >just go on a 20 day fast to reset your taste palate and gut biome.
    >after the fast just eat the foods you know are healthy.
    >these will be the only foods you crave.
    that's it. SOLVED.

This, more or less. You're breathing won't stop like a heroin addict, but you are still walking away from an addiction. Be extra conservative about refined carbs, sugar and alcohol for now, and three, six, maybe 12 months from now you'll have healthier habits and don't have to be so careful to prevent relapse.

Speaking of healthy habits, you need to give enough time for new habits to become unconscious. The longer you stick to them, the easier it will be to stick to them (despite occasional divergence, eventually).

I eat two fish oil pills and a vitamin then drink a 200 cal protein shake each day.
That is all I consume every single day and I havent felt hunger in ages.

Why not just codliver instead of the capsules? I read that many fish oil capsules are actually rancid and thus harmful, with cod liver on the other hand you can actually taste whether its bad or not. It's a major source for fish oil anyway, so why not just eat that?
