Hey guys. So I’m considering for 2 or 3 weeks or so just eating the same thing everyday, something like bland chicken, lentils, and oatmeal sounds good. Maybe an apple or some shit. Thoughts? For the time being my abs are covered in fat so I want to get that under control.

Obviously I’d be eating less if I’m eating three bland meals each day with no snacks moron. Also small portions and no seconds.

no. let me stop you there. If you're serious about doing a rapid death-defying cut, you're looking at OMAD - at MOST. If not a series of 72-hour fasts. OMAD + no-carb (for appetite suppression) + 500-700kcal/day.

That is if you want to actually lose fat. If you just want the scale number to go down, dehydrate yourself but also don't eat anything.
i like this approach and do it pretty similar. I can't control my portions when i cook delicious shit. Just go 2-3 weeks hard mode where its tolerable and eat a set of the same foods with a set amount of calories every day.
No planning or counting calories needed and it gets the job done.
30lbs is 3 months. No problem. I eat only bland foods. In fact, I had Hispanices for the first time last weekend and blew fire out both ends. You can do it, it’s totally reasonable. Just stick to the low calories and bland foods. I lost 20 in two months.
Just do what Goggins did
First do a 72h fast on snake juice
then a 1000kcal refeed of meat and veggies followed by another 48h fast on snake juice. Just repeat this pattern until you’re at your goal. You won’t do it because you’re stupid and weak, but it’s the only thing ITT that would actually work

Even with a pretty strict diet, 2 lbs a week is on the higher end of what you can cut off.
im aiming for 30 lbs by June. Lost about 12 lbs already, but the diet is starting to get tiresome.

you are NOT going to lose 10 pounds a week. Not going to happen, rid yourself of this goal and expect a 2-3 pound loss per week in the best case scenario. Even if you starved yourself of food for 3 weeks with only water and electrolytes, you would not lose 10 pounds a week
