Losing nearly 1 lb a day

I’m going on some trip and want to be more attractive looking so I wanna know how feasible it would be to lose nearly 1lb a day (25 lbs over the course of 31 days). Current weight is 205 at 5’11. I think I lose weight pretty easily but eat like shit and don’t get much cardio, with this current lifestyle I don’t gain weight if that says anything.

What do I need to do, i can easily do a 24 hour fast, probably a 48 one too.

I’m very lazy so I’ve easily lost weight before but just not eating. So I’m thinking if I combine not eating much with getting in a lot more steps I could do it. I’m really moronic so it’s easy for me to do that but like I said idk how feasible it is as I’ve never set a weight loss goal before.

The most I ever lost (being healthy) is 15lbs in 1.5 months.
I did this by having a light lunch (plain sandwich and some fruit, no eating till dinner) and that was it.

      Also
      >no snacks unless fruit
      >no drinks unless water
      >no desert of any kind (140 calories per slop)
      >NO salami or bologna (200 calories a slice, plus tip)

48 hrs fast + one keto meal on refeed + any type of workout, even just long walks would work.

How many 48 hour fasts? I wanna reach 180 by October 30th

        >plans on loosing 30 lbs in a month

Even if you surgically start removing bits of flesh and bone, and start doing facebook winemom keto "miracle loose 15 lbs EASY" diets you're gonna fail. Mind you, a caloric defecit of 500 kcal will make you loose ~1 lb per WEEK. Should have started the weight loss earlier this year FATTY

just keep doing them back to back until you reach your goal.. you'll probably be able to do it by the end of the month

This is the most feasible answer.

How many 48 hour fasts? I wanna reach 180 by October 30th

It's basically alternate day fasting. I used to do 41-47 hour fasts and once i ate the last meal, the timer would start again until i got to 41-47 hours and keep doing it. So you should do the same. I would suggest as low carb as you can handle. You'd be surprised how much you can lose with water weight alone. Also get in enough salt because you will need it for that month. Snake Juice is a pretty popular recipe for an electrolyte formula.

Please don't go too fast, lose 0.9-1.3 kg a week instead or something

In theory, the average human can last around 2 months without eating. You might do it if you literally starve yourself for a month straight. Go for it anon, I know you can do it!

    Calories To Lose: 87,500

    Estimated TDEE: 2,300

Total Calories Used To Survive a month: 69,000
    Nice.

Extra Calories To Burn (Exercise): 18,500

Not unheard of weight loss goal, but definitely challenging. Fasting would be the quickest way to reach your goal, but if you know nothing about it, you'd best be careful.

Ive lost 7-8kg a month for 3 months in a row now (around 16lbs a month).
Ive been doing it on a strict 1000 calorie limit per day and 1500 on the weekends and walking for around an hour every day + gym every other day.
30lbs is doable if you arent lifting and eat at a reduced calorie intake and walk more. But lifting even for a month is going to make you look better.

you need a 3500kcal daily deficit
so dont eat anything while doing cardio for a few hours a day
but you are fat, which means you have no willpower and you will give up after day one so get fricked lardass

The most you can lose in a month is 10 pounds. Just do that. It is not going to be a huge difference though. At your height and weight you'd need to lose at least 20 before it starts becoming noticable. Should have started earlier. Like 3 or 4 months ago. But don't let that discourage you from losing 10 pounds this month.

It's true. I lost about 18lb by doing a 14 day fast. Was hard to do but pays off if you can stick it.

you lose weight by breathing out CO2, exercise makes you breathe out more. if you weigh a healthy weight and lose more than 2 lb a week your galbladder will fail albeit

      Literal moron

This kind of stupid plan of "lose 1 lb a day" never works and it's not even due to thermodynamics or calorie counting or not working out or whatever.
It's due to you being moronic. Anyone who thinks they can lose 1 lb a day like this lack self-awareness, patience, and experience. Weight loss is a gradual journey and you shouldn't be losing more than 1 or 2 lbs a week. To lose 25 lbs you're looking at a 3-6 month period of dieting and exercise. Just from this moronic post and your impatient tone I know you won't follow through for that long.

Let me add it is technically possible if you go on a complete water fast for 1 month, meaning you eat nothing and only drink water. Your body will enter ketosis and then burn stored fat (and also muscle unless you walk around/exercise). You can look at what David Blaine did, or this guy https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Angus_Barbieri%27s_fast. But for these kind of extended fasts you need medical supervision and willpower which you definitely don't have.
