Low bf, libido and bone density

How idiotic would it be to purposely push my bf near 6-8% to lower hormone levels? Will the lower testosterone levels frick up my bones in the long run if sustained? I want to lower my libido so i can more easily focus on studying.

      I see, i was hoping for a mechanism to trigger at low bf along the reduced hormone levels. I didn't give too much thought the increased stress bodybuilders go through as indicated in one study, maybe that alone is a terrible idea.

    Strength training + minerals + protein will already be enough stimuli to keep your bones strong even if you are on an extreme caloric deficit. The main issue you are going to face is the lack of energy, which lowers not only your physical, but also you mental performance.
    I'm assuming you're not a homosexual trying to look "girly".

      Would this still be the case once it's being mantained? Shouldn't i be able to get all the energy i need from the right amount of food or would i bump up regardless if attempted?

      I'm past the point where i could even attempt that so not really. I vastly cut off porn but the libido is still there and while fapping without it or with something softer is fine once in a while is fine, it's still kind of annoying in a daily basis.

        Most people report chronic hunger, insomnia, immune problems and even being "out of breath" when maintaining a BF percentage below 10 for that long, caffeine dependence also usually goes up. Go on and take a look at Trystyn's videos on how maintaining such body fat fricked him up. Keep with it for an undetermined period of time and you'll end up in a coffin, just like Scott Murray.

    If you want better focus do fasting and maybe keto. I have seen god when i break a fast with coffee with a frick ton of cream before. I wouldnt suggest keto to an athelete but if you want mental performance its pretty good
