    >leg raises
abs raise your pelvis. hip flexors raise your legs.
    >decline situps for 3x20
why? weird choice, again lots of hip flexor work.
do levitation crunches, heels to heaven, also do this: lying down, with bent knees, lift your pelvis off the ground and bring the knees to your head. that's like 90% of what you need.

I hate everytime there's an ab thread it's always people listing 100+ different ab workouts. No 2 people ever recommend the same shit. Goes to show how much of a meme abs are and it's all genetics.

stop being moronic. these are from Athlean's video on ab exercises.
there's a very simple rationale to ab workouts. you just want to take hip flexors out of the equation, and let abs do what they actually do: bring your rib cage to your pelvis.
        the exercises i list just
        a) lift the rib cage off the floor
        b) lift the pelvis off the floor
        a) works upper abs, b) works lower abs. simple as
and hanging leg raise is great if you understand it's a PELVIS raise, not leg raise.

fatties: "I don't have abs because it's all genetics"
powershitters: "I don't have abs because it's all genetics"
        makes you think huh

        >No 2 people ever recommend the same shit
Hanging leg raises and ab rollers/wheel both get recommended by different anons all the time
        >all genetics
Wether or not they look good is genetics but how strong or defined they are is not

        Yeah frick this.

        >Situps
why? Leg raises > ab crunches > situps
Also, youre not literally just supposed to raise your legs, your supposed to lift up your lower body by crunching your abs. Abs are not big muscles and for men a lot of fat gathers there so itll take time and sub 15 bf% to see. 3x12 is decent but not anything special

Find something that works your abs.
Decline situps at a steep angle and slow eccentric stressed my abs.(like 45+ degrees).
However I am fat and never seen them so I can't say.

Frick situps, do ab wheel roll-outs. It's the only ab exercise with half scientific proof that they work.

In my experience people find hip flexors sexier than abs so if you just do this and maintain a strong enough core to not injure yourself during other lifts you’ll be fine. If you want abs its allmost all bf%

    >doing meme exercises for abs

You want weighted straight leg raises, weighted straight leg lateral raises, and weighted straight leg circles for abs.
