    Low fat is not optimal for natties. How else will you get in enough cholestrol for hormones? I rather cut out carbs than fat.

      that is because you are DYEL frick falling for natty test boosting memes. 50-60g of fat a day is more then enough to sustain healthy hormone levels. Most people that stay lean are on a high carb high protein lower fat diet.
