Low T

Yo

Fit im discouraged as fuck. After seeing little to no progress I got my levels checked. My T levels are in the high 300 range, abysmal low.
Im almost 25 and look grotesque. Im feeling like there’s almost too much to change to ever look decent.

Picrel is my body, I have narrow and small frame, hips wider than shoulders and it looks like gyno is coming through.
Im discouraged that it’s just A LOT to change. Im pretty fat but store it in my ass, hips and legs like a woman.
Should I just lift heavy and try to get on T? Im slightly suicidal over how my body looks, the Gyno was worse enough. Im considering hopping on TRT and seeing if my mood and progress picks up. Sorry for the blog post

If you look like that at 25 get blood work done mate. You have more than being fat

This can be solved in a year regardless of T levels.
Deficit until the fat is gone, roll 72s until 0 love handle and flat belly
      Then start lifting heavy
Gyno will look drastically better at 9-12% bodyfat
      Presto

why cut? i never get this. if you tell non-gym goers to cut theyll look like total shit regardless unless they are seriously like 300lbs. and even then its still better to gym whilst cutting

if you wanna regain T and get a good body lifting is non negotiable

I don't get this retarded advice either. The issue with these bizzarre looking bodies is always 0% muslce mass, not fat. Losing all that fat would literally mean looking like an Auschwitz survivor

Yes, lift heavy, gain muscles, muscles burn fat just being there. Do this and eat good protein with no sugar and fat and you will see a difference. Go by what you see in the mirror and not the scale.

What are 72s and how does one roll them?

Rolling shifts of 72hr fasts. Start with daily schedules of 16hrs fasting time/8hrs eating time, then work yourself up the ladder for quick results.

Your body and test both largely come from your lifestyle. Before getting on trt (which would probably be beneficial), really try and optimise your lifestyle and especially diet. Train regularly at the gym in a high protein caloric deficit of good quality foods, get a regular sleep schedule etc. Try and be more competitive too. If you do that for 6 months and it makes no difference, then maybe trt is the way to go

bro, stop pitying yourself and making gay excuses. alot of guys look worse than you, i certinly did when i started lifting 3 years ago. Just lose like 10 kg and your hips will go down drasticaly. after lifting for 6 months with a good diet the bitch tits will form into an actuall chest and you can fix the hips/frame ratio further by focusing on lats, back and traps ez

My T level was 340. Trying to get on TRT.
But I have been working out for 3 weeks and that's after spending this year losing 33kg (still another 10 or so to go), posted this pic of me last night.
Just diet and exercise mate and it won't take long to transform even with low test like me.

T level of 340 with a beard like that?
T levels fluctuate a lot, could be stress, lack of sleep, diet or alcohol. A lot of it is mental and can stem from a lack of confidence, I know it's cringe to say "just be confident bro" but that's a place to start along with destressing, a good diet and exercise

high 300 of T is not a problem by itself and it does not explain gyno
    do more hormones check
