Did a test and came back 260.
Never been fat, have always eating clean, take vitamins including D3, though admittedly don't eat enough protein. I think the porn and excessive fapping for 20 years has caught up and done a number on me.

Will increasing my red and white meat intake with Tongkat Ali, Zinc, Magnesium and Ashwagndha save me and get to 600?

    I’m 33 and went from 400-450 to 800+ consistently.

    My advice is start winning at life (find meaning/purpose, take on productive responsibility, have a job where you are proud of what you do and others respect).

    Take on risks that could lead to positive outcomes. Be more sociable. Participate in competitive endeavors.

    Stay off porn and WORK for your dopamine by getting a GF

    Do some kind of activity each day (walking counts). Sleep well. Make sure there are no major nutritional deficiencies.

    In general testosterone is a measure of how good you are doing in life. If it’s low, you are likely coasting passively and not actively engaging with the world around you. Win more!

        This whole topic is confusing for me from a personal level. I feel fine being "low" even though I don't physically feel low, except for having trouble gaining muscle and having inconsistent energy levels but who is consistent with high energy all the time? I'm hairy as frick, can grow a good beard, and occasionally get morning erections. I can get out of bed in the morning within five minutes of my alarm going off. I need to do more research tbh another anon mentioned enclomiphene too

        no need to get these random supplements, 90% of cases of low test dissapear when you fix your nutrition (micronutrients and vitamins), get proper sleep, drink enough water (everyone is dehydrated all the time), manage stress and exercise. Everyone fricks up somewhere on these 5 things, andthat's all you need to crash your test if you are natty.         competing in any capacity and winning raises test by miles, i can't find it rn but there have been studies on chess players during tournaments and during the matches their test levels skyrocked, like 500% higher. Winner keeps it elevated for however long he feels good for, loser's test lowers, it's fascinating shit. I think 3dalpha also has a video on it but i don't remember.

        Nope. Multiple tests before and after. I feel much better now than I did before. Not necessarily because of the testosterone but I feel I have drive and purpose whereas before I didn’t.

        How did you read all that and take away so little? Do things that elevate you so that you feel better about yourself, more competent, more capable, higher in the hierarchy compared to others, and that gives you a sense of purpose and pride. You’re going to have to low key do the things that make you feel like you’re literally better than other people.

            It’s about achieving success, period. Many people who achieve success at work becoming more respected by their colleagues, they get put into positions of authority over others, and get paid more which puts you higher up socially.

            People who start winning more and moving up the hierarchy gets more testosterone. That’s just how it works. Of course there are other variables but you need to stack the deck in your favor however you can within your control.

            I’m well accomplished in my field (not top1 but at least top 20) and I’m progressing well over the years but I still feel depressed as frick. The only thing that made me feel alive was my YouTube Chanel and my bpd ex. Maybe is that in 31 and have only 50k in the bank? I don’t know what to do.       >Do a combat sport like BJJ, MMA or kickboxing
      >Win competitions and own at work

    Nothing works except trt and that is the absolute truth. If you need it you need it and it's not a big deal to get it. Online clinics will happily prescribe more than you need and it's not expensive. My shit was like 250 for years and my doctor wouldn't do anything. Felt like absolute dogshit and bjj/lifting was killing me. I take half of what my prescribed test dose is and it keeps me around 800 now. Just feel normal and still have to eat well and recover to get anything out of it. 100mg a week puts me at a baseline that I can actually progress in my sport and fitness activities if I put the work in. That's all trt is supposed to do.

        $250 for ten weeks but that is at 200mg a week. I only use 100mg a week. Also includes AI and syringes. Every online clinic is about this price. UG gear is like half that price if not cheaper but I don't care and it's super easy to get from a real pharmacy (also legal).

        I do two shots a week but injection frequency will vary with how you respond.

            No I am prescribed 200mg but only use 100mg. I still order every ten weeks though because I just bank the extra test. I have like 20 vials to blast at some point lol. 200 is the lowest they'll prescribe because they're basically just a pill mill but for steroids. I could just ask for 300 and deca/anavar/anadrol and they'll give it to you. It's legit through their random doctor and a real compounding pharmacy but their whole point is to sell more drugs. They have peptides, weight loss stuff, gh, cialis etc. Just ask and receive but you pay a premium. Every trt clinic is the same for the most part.

            You're basically on your own as far as monitoring bloodwork and actual results though. They don't give a shit about any of that. Maybe Marek or somebody is better but I'm sure more service comes with a price.

                No. It's definitely worth looking into if you don't want to commit to trt though. My first clinic didn't offer it and I don't want to go off at this point. Current place does offer it and that seems to be the norm. Think it's a similar price to the trt.

    Mine was 270 total 3 years ago. I tried for 2 years buying every shitty supplement and meme thing you can think of to increase it naturally and it went to... 200. It literally dropped.

    Now I'm on TRT and its the best thing I've ever done. Steady 1000 total test. Injections don't even feel bad.
