The sodium keeps you feeling full. >gain weight on less than 1000 calories a day
Kek this guy is a midget I’ll pay you $350/week to stand guard in my garden and keep pests away from my peppers.
The garden gnome position still open? Sounds better than my current job tbh. I'm 5'9" so I might be a little short for the position but I intend to give it my all, don't you worry.
morons don't fall for this. Dried noodles are between 300-500cals per package, and unless you have the appetite of a small child two is easily crushable in a single 10 min sitting.

I eat this shit 1 or 2 times a week but I use the other package so I can control how much of the seasoning I use, I usually only and 1/3 of it or less and a shit ton of frozen veggies and still is salty as shit
It's easier to just not eat at all. I've gained weight every time I ate these noodles because I can't stop with just one and once you have a giant salad bowl of these it's tempting to keep eating through the day.
Back in college I did my biggest cut ever on 2 ramen cups with an egg cracked in each and a little butter for the fat. I also had a tuna sandwich twice per week. Lost 25 lbs in one semester, shit was crazy
???
The worlds easiest crash diet.

So? Just ignore the hunger and continue to not eat. Simple as. Why unnecessarily complicate that?

Explain.

Instant ramen. Ideally you add chicken breast, drink the broth.

I do love a good instant ramen but I’ve never heard of it used for weight loss. I add a can of tuna to help me hit my macros shit is delicious
I don't give a frick what the agenda of this thread is. Ramen is garbage food for poorgays. I haven't eaten it since I was a college student.
