      Specifically my routine is my 3 to 5 real pull ups, about ten band assisted pull ups then i go ans hop on the lat pull down machine at a lower weight so i can pull it to my chest and hold isometrically for a couple seconds

              deadlifts and squat =/= ability to throw a punch, head movements, actual training and sparring.
              Unless you are Mike Tyson training 8 hours daily, that weight is not all muscle and you do not have the comparable agility of an actual fighter.

    my pullup strength started blowing up after i got off the assisted machine and the bans and started doing them just with a slight jump
