      They're bad if they're grilled with a lot of grease and have toppings, which they usually are.

      Tortilla chips are inoffensive. They don't contain a lot of sodium, the ingredients lists are generally small, and they can be healthy as long as you put a lot of protein on them. My go-to nachos consist of three slices of pepperjack cheese, canned chicken, Pico Pica sauce, and sour cream.
