      i also thought that. then i read 100gr raw rice is 370 cal while 100gr raw potatoes is just 73 cal. you're safe if you boil/bake/stir fry them.

    Are they a scam? At the grocer they're like 5-6 bucks a pack but at Costco you can get a huge bag of creamer potatoes for under 10 dollars. I really like them when I've had them but I'm not sure if they're a gains killer or have weird shit going on with them

      Yeah good luck getting your electrolytes in doing keto. I eat potatoes a lot because of the potassium. I think ketolards have to supplement electrolytes just like vegans have to supplement iron and shit.
