i also thought that. then i read 100gr raw rice is 370 cal while 100gr raw potatoes is just 73 cal. you're safe if you boil/bake/stir fry them.

Are they a scam? At the grocer they're like 5-6 bucks a pack but at Costco you can get a huge bag of creamer potatoes for under 10 dollars. I really like them when I've had them but I'm not sure if they're a gains killer or have weird shit going on with them
How hard is it to poke holes in potatoes and microwave them instead of buying some stupid ass prepped food that saves have a step?
I like the small potatoes more than russet potatoes. It's not the prep part it's the potato preference because they taste swagged out
