        Sugars themselves are inert, it's lactic acid produced by bacteria that cause dental caries. So

        You can see caries in their early stages, they're brown spots on your teeth. It's not until they turn really dark (even black) that you need to see the dentist. As long as it's just on the surface you can get back into brushing your teeth and remineralisation will take care of it.

        If you're only going to brush once a day, do it before you go to bed and don't drink anything. Spit, but don't rinse. The remineralisation process involves flouride pulling, I wanna say, calcium and magnesium to the surface of the tooth so new enamel can be created. If you leave it in while you sleep, you allow for significantly more remineralisation to occur.

        Also, and this is more of a personal/aesthetic note, there are some things that just make you look like a mental deficient - nose picking, mouth breathing, head scratching, what have you, among them is drinking Monster.

        Acceptable, adult, intellectual, beverages (sans alcohol) include:

        >Black coffee
        >Water.

        Well I only actually smoke one cigarette a day most days. I can and go long intervals without smoking too. I keep them for what they were supposed to be, a luxury.

        As for the monster, yeah its not the best for you, though you can do a lot worse. I try not to have one everyday, and I would like to quit eventually once im done with school.

        I smoke a cig before doing anything that requires focus, nicotine is really useful when used in moderation, like caffeine.

        My rule to avoid addiction is going over a 1 fag/day limit means I abstain for the next few days.

    I prefer melons/watermelons. One slice cuts away all the sweet cravings for like a 10th of the calories and also makes me less hungry so the next meal i can eat less
