Male to Alpha Male

I'm 24 and just got my T levels measured as 327ng/dL. My doctor says it's in the healthy range and refuses to prescribe me TRT. If doctors will so easily give trans people hormones why is it so hard for a normal person to be prescribed hormones when all I want is to have a low enough dose to put me in the 600ng/dL+ ranges?

Go outside and stop watching youtube videos. The entire reason why they tell you to see a doctor is because no doctor is going to actuall subscribe it to you, especially now that it's become fashionable. That way your "only option" is to buy the sups from the idiots you're watching.

But ugl. Run your own labs and do your own research. Would actually be way safer than being prescribed by a GP that’ll shoot your ass up with 200mg bi-weekly. If you HAVE to have a doctor, find an online TRT clinic. You’ll get it even if it’s just under 800ng

The range regular doctors use is 200-800. Basically a 70yo geriatric to a college student. Frick em.

      > Would actually be way safer than being prescribed by a GP that’ll shoot your ass up with 200mg bi-weekly

Sometimes even lower. They considered this a great treatment because it showed the best results in a study that compared times that people got the shot. However they didn't test twice a week in that same study so you still get the crash doing that bi weekly.

I think 350-500 would be more accurate for 70 yo's in the morning because the ones who do get the testosterone test done have severe issues related to test (e.g. complete erectile dysfunction).

This, I had my bloodwork done years ago and mine was ~320 which they said was within normal bounds. No it's fricking not for a 24 yo.
Fixed it with the usual: eat well, get sleep, go outside, vitty D, lift weights, remove stress. Dunno what my T is now but it's deffo way higher than 320.

There are plenty of things you can do to naturally increase testosterone.

    1) Lift weights
    2) Sleep well
    3) Eat well

If you're doing 1-3, there's really not much else you need to concern yourself with.
You can look after your balls. Make sure your underwear isn't tight and that your balls have room to move about.

      OP do this shit first

No drinking, get good rest, no pot or adderall, lift weights, clean up diet. You can probably bump it up to high levels.

Anon, I have a disorder that has permanently neutered my balls for life. I sleep well, I'm sober, and I lift three times a week, but I will always be doomed to unnaturally unproductive testes. The only thing that can rectify this is the use of exogenous testosterone, and dosing myself allows me to access that both more cheaply and adjust my regimen more accurately. At some point, gear is the answer.

T is just a number that goes up and down and if you don't have actual low T symptoms don't do it and try everything else before hopping on. The consequences are most likely pinning for life, bloated watery face, hairloss and acne with potential sexual disfunction if you don't take other stuff with it for the rest of your life, unless you are in the 1 in a 1000 that will have none of these sides from it.

    >my T levels measured as 327ng/dL
That's fine. It's in the normal healthy range. Free testosterone is more important anyway, as only free testosterone can have biological activity. Also, your androgen receptors and genes are even more important than how much testosterone you have. Testosterone can't exert it's effects in your body until it binds to the androgen receptor and triggers genes. Everyone has different androgen receptor sensitivity, density and different genes. You can't compare your testosterone levels with other people for this reason.
    >My doctor says it's in the healthy range and refuses to prescribe me TRT
It is in the healthy range, but he should have checked your free testosterone.
    >If doctors will so easily give trans people hormones why is it so hard for a normal person to be prescribed hormones
Because women who want to be men have only about 30 ng/dl testosterone which is not enough to become a man (this is real hypogonadism, not the borderline pseudo hypogonadism that you think you have). Whereas your testosterone levels are over 10 times higher at least and are high enough to convert your body and brain into an adult male.
And it's not easy for them to get testosterone, they have to see psychologists for months and months before being allowed.
    >when all I want is to have a low enough dose to put me in the 600ng/dL+ ranges?
Your testosterone might naturally go up to 600 ng/dl but you got your blood test at a time where your testosterone was naturally dipping. Testosterone is constantly fluctuating.
And if you think having 600+ testosterone is going to magically turn you into a chad mentally, you will be disappointed as most TRT mental effects are placebo.

Basically you need to get multiple blood tests with free testosterone/SHBG readings to confirm. Or go to a different doctor that prescribes testosterone easier if you want testosterone so bad. Or just buy it from an UGL. Take power into your own hands.

Ask for anastrazole or clomiphene. The reason your doc isn't give you test is because taking it exogenously will negatively affect your endogenous test production, which isn't a problem for troons.

If you just start taking risks, thinking big, lifting heavy, eating good, chilling out, sleeping lots, and feeling great, your test will go up. Masculine behavior/dominance, even more than lifting, drives testosterone levels. Do you think you're really one of the very small group of people with a genetic hormone dysfunction, like type one diabetes? No, you're type two. The analogous androgen condition to this is that you're being a weak lil c**t, and feeling inadequate/not in control/in need of trt is simply a result of that b***h ass way you're living.

Bro a lot of trans people get their hormones on clear net websites that ship that shit from India Russia or Hong Kong. I can't post sources here but there are plenty of homosexual subreddits that will happily link you to sites to help your transition (from a male to an alpha male).

Do you have any actual symptoms of low T? You may just have low SHBG and high testosterone sensitivity, if so your doctor is doing you a favor by not prescribing you a medication you don't need.

Very amerilard thinking: give me a pill to fix an imagined problem on a test sheet before I even attempt any lifestyle changes.

He is definitely not very good looking as a male. Like I said earlier its how he dresses, most trannies have no fashion sense at all and dress like giant preschoolers, old grandmas, or just will literally wear cosplay every day.

I bet he's still young and just has the genetics to look androgynous. With a bit of effort he may be able to pass; at least when it comes to photos.
once he ages a bit he'll really start to look disgusting

This is also true hes only 22. Twinks dont last forever.

Good skin genetics + twink physique + actually knows how to dress and do makeup (or maybe his girlfriend does it for him which also makes sense). I dont think his frame genetics actually have anything to do with it because he honestly had a pretty rectangular frame but still pulls it off.

Its funny because he has way more women lusting over him now that he crossdresses than before, since he just looked like a generic nerd. While I'm not saying every twink should crossdress I think it goes to show finding a style is really important - if youre some autistic roider who goes outside in baggie jeans and a hoodie every day youre not doing yourself any favors.

order tongkat ali and fadogia agrestis from amazon. your T will increase probably 200 points, usually people report significantly higher, even up to 1200 in some cases. You don't need artificial hormones, you need to:
    1) be a winner
    2) get sleep
    3) drink RO water, eat clean
    4) get sunlight
    5) take ice baths, more than 11 min/week up to the neck
    6) kick the porn habit (I'm working on this one right now)
    7) lift heavy, lift hard
    8) train martial arts or some sort of combative
    9) talk to girls that you find attractive, in person
    10) regularly go outside of your comfort zone and succeed.
