        It depends. Fatty should be easier, just do food put-downs to failure. But most fatties are that way because of some mental illness or moronation. That's a lot harden to address than just gaining or losing weight.

    Started running at the beginning of this year and eating a lot healthier. I run 3 times a week, my current pb is 5:31 min/km (average) on 10 km and i lost 5 kg (90 to 85). I think i am doing just fine.

        I got my degree last year but the job market is beyond fricked. I'm not willing to settle for a min wage job so I'm neeting until I get one I'm qualified for.

        As for gf, I had a perfect girl lusting over me a year ago but I squandered it due to my untreated depression and anxiety. Haven't talked to anyone since.

        As for lifting I've clean bulked 20lb and my lifts gone up decently well. Nowhere near 1/2/3/4 though.

    I'm still 'fat'. Although this morning i was 204lb, so i am losing. And I think I have put on some muscle. 204 right now is looking slightly better than the last time I was 204.

    But still, I just need to stop being a lazy pussy. I know exactly what I need to do, it's just a matter of doing it.

    Was able to crank out a few reps with 70 lbs added to weighted pull ups. I tried for 90 lbs but I'll disregard it for now since the rep was too close to call and most likely not a full extension. So yeah I am achieving new goals each passing day.

    Have also been repping 295 lbs for squats and 315 lbs for deadlifts. Not bragging or anything here I get plenty of guys do way more and probably some of you neckbeards on here do but for me considering where I was at not even all that long ago its a quantum leap in progress despite the slacking and constant cooming. It looks like fixing both of these issues has helped me tremendously. I just need to keep the motivation going.

    I came across a russian youtuber who taught me how to isolate the pec minor by internally rotating the arm and doing an arcing stretch.
    Which goes against 99.99% of advice shills like athlean X give out daily.

    I swear the rehabilitation community is the most cancerous fricking community to ever exist.
    One fricking dude who barely speaks english cured a problem i've had of TOS now 6 years in the making almost overnight.
    It's extremely tight still, but it's mobilizing slowly.

    It finds out normal chest stretches do not allow people with barrel chest to mobilize the pec minor enough.

    I'll be happy to squat 405x5 by the end of the year. I'm at 365x5 now. I started bjj and muay thai recently and I'm not sure how much it will interfere yet. Should be doable.
