>"Good lord..."
How do you people fucking afford this meme diet? My god, didn't even fucking buy anything and it cost me $117 for one person.
imagine just eating meat, eggs, vegetables and cheese....without the bread.
did you had to go to the hivyrhster market?
Unironically this. Just don't make carbs. Make veges your "carbs" if you need to.
E.g. cauli rice, peas, sweetcorn instead of rice, etc.
I unironically accidentally did this for almost a week when I first started cutting just because I couldn't be fucked to cook carbs. Was easier than I thought.
>can't figure out if a product is keto or not unless it's clearly advertised
This is why you're paying too much, anon
I mean, actually I probably could. You just need to look at the carbs, fiber, and sugar alcohol content and then just figure out the net carbs. That's it. The diet itself seems pretty simple, my whole thing is it's incredible restrictive because so much shit is high in carbs.
You pick something up and you're like "Oh no, can't eat that. Too high in carbs. Well what about th-....oh too high in carbs." Everything is so fucking high in carbs, and that's why it's such a restrictive diet, you can only eat a limited amount of things, and most people don't like having so many restrictions.
I looked at some stuff I was eating and it had like 50-60 carbs per serving in it, frankly I can't imagine how many carbs per day I was consuming, had to be at least 120-150 or more, and with how many carbs even a simple bag of chips has in it or maybe like a donut or two every now and again. I'm talking about just looking at stuff that you wouldn't even think twice about, and then you realize how high in carbs it is.
Hell, even at restaurants you can really only order fish or meat based dishes with veggies, and you really gotta be careful about what is in the dish and what is served with it. It fucking sucks that I can't just fucking order what I want, and that's why I hate dieting and why a lot of people don't like dieting. You don't wanna be fat, but you gotta give up so much to lose the weight.
>$117
I eat keto and my weekly food bill is like $40-50 max because I shop at WalMart, buy generic, and look for deals
I just kill black people and eat their flesh.
you choke on bbc is what you meant to say
i paid $60 for groceries this week and thats because i bought a $15 steak as a treat.
>how come when I only buy the consoomer version of things it's expensive
You're the type of retard who would try a vegetarian diet by only eating shit like organic pomegranates and deluxe premium avocados and wonder why it's not cheap
Don’t eat all the ridiculous “keto” bullshit. Beef, dairy, eggs, fleshy vegetables. Simple as
keto isnt cheap but you shouldnt buy keto label fit fad gay bullshit.
Enjoy balding I guess
If I notice my hair is falling out or I'm losing hair then I'll quit doing it, simple as that.
Anon learns what marketing is.mov
>go to store
>buy cheap meats, eggs, leafy greens
simple
don't buy retarded meme bullshit and don't try to replicate a garbage diet with keto alternatives
You can literally be on keto on eggs and bacon and a salad
>Decide to diet
>Go to buy overpriced snacks
Why dont you just focus on cutting down on your carb foods, particularly refined ones. Keep the rest the same. Youll just be cutting cals without losing nutrian
fat fucking retard
