Shit genetics, but also lose some weight. I can tell you're fat from the back. Get down to 15% body fat with those numbers and you'll look great

      Yes. I'm 105kg at 188cm. I'm trying 5o get down to 90s.

4 plate squat but 180kg DL? I think you're lying about something.

      I hate deadlifts

Sounds suspicious, should I get the pitchforks?
      OP, explain yourself.

      I hate deadlifting

Yeah, no wonder you look like a DYEL, homosexual chose the most meme exercises to do for aesthetics.
Also, muscle shape is genetics so maybe your ancestors were some degenerate plebs that's why you look like this

I do more such as bench and incline. I just thought I'd mention notable ones. I bench 100kg for sets of 8

Incline very good for chest and shoulders, but bench is also a meme exercise, it's like you went lifting and some teenagers over there showed you what to do.
Also, you unfortunately didn't win the genetic lottery

          >Incline very good for chest and shoulders, but bench is also a meme exercise,
Would it be fine to swap flat bench for incline and remove flat entirely?

Of course, you can also compensate flat with doing chest and triceps separately with dumbbells which will show and much better progress and very quickly

You can get strong without gaining enough size in the requisite 'glamour' muscles to look big. You need to hit your back more. Weighted pullups are goat, weighted chins too. Rows to hit the traps and mid back. You need to grow your lats and traps big time. Other than that, big delts fill out a shirt and give you that 'built' look that separates you from regular dudes. Get all three heads nice and juicy and you'll see a massive difference. Lastly, big forearms distinguish the men from the boys so find a way of putting mass on those to have big meaty arms even when fully clothed.
You've got the strength there, so it won't be too difficult or take too long but you probably need to up your reps per set and strike more of a balance for better hypertrophy.
I find that Reverse Pyramid style workouts have changed my physique the most. I've gained strength on an RPT program but the aesthetic gains have taken me from guy who kinda looks like he hits the gym now and then to guy who definitely spends his free time in the gym.
Last step is to be lean as you can get without your lifts crashing. 12% is a good sweet spot.
Oh and drop weight on deads and do more volume. Big back and hammy builder. Maybe switch up to RDLs or try them on a trap bar with higher reps for a more complete posterior chain pump.

I assume these threads are b8 but if you wanted to look like you lift then why didnt you choose a different routine years ago? No one was making you 'train for strength'

I thought strength would also give decent aesthetics assuming I got strong enough.

you never lifted weights for high school and collegiate sports?

I did when I was about 19/20 for maybe 2 years. Nothing amazing though. Just basic SS shit. Nowhere close to the gains I made now for strength.

Training for strength is such a dupe. All this obsession over numbers on the barbell and doing the gospel barbell lifts and nothing else.
When you stop focusing on that, play around with lifts and machines that are actually way better than barbelll lifts, start focusing on reps and form above all else, you get bigger AND stronger than you would otherwise.
Way too many guys waste years trying to add as much weight to the bar as possible and get nowhere. Drop the weights a bit, get more reps in, get stronger and bigger.

You bench 5kg less than your body weight for 8 reps. You're not going to look very well developed with those stats. You need to be about 20% above bodyweight for those reps for your chest to look like you probably want it to, not sub-bodyweight for 8

You have the muscle, cut the fat. Then, go buy clothes that are a tight fit, I look dyel af when I wear baggy clothes but get mires when I wear tight-fitting clothes or made to fit (yes you should have atleast one or two outfits that are made to fit, you don't have to wear it all the time but for special occasions it's nice, obv don't wear it on a construction site kek)

At what body fat % did you notice it?
I'm quite high currently but I natively thought I'd still look big with the fat and muscle. I'd guess im around 20% maybe a bit higher.

I don't keep track of my bf anymore but according to an estimator I'm ~9% rn and get mires often. I'd say start by aiming for 15ish and if you feel like you still look dyel adjust accordingly.

I want to have monstrously huge legs and my squat isn't nearly 4pl8. Your legs look like mine right now. Tall withTiny thighs, big calves. Frick it i lm going full hypertrophy mode. Replacing back squats with hack squats. Maybe front squats too.

A video about the life of my gym giggachad should be showed to people like you before they pick up lifting.
    >On the incline bench doing lmao almost 2 pl8
    >Chad shows up and asks how many I have left
    >Say he can work in but I probably won’t go any heavier
    >gives me a funny look at the last comment
    >He keeps just 1pl8 on the bar
    >Does sets of 15 that last an eternity with absolute control throughout
    >My turn, slap the extra weight back on
    >Grind 7-8 reps
    >He waits for me to catch my breath and looked me dead in the eye while saying
    >You enjoy growing that bench instead of your chest brah?
    >Stare at him in silence as he does his last set
    >starts bouncing his tities at me as he walks away

Now that you’re strong, start training for hypertrophy. 5-15 reps range mostly, do some high STF movements, slow the eccentric, pause, aim to have a high range of motion etc.
