Seriously, how the FUCK are you supposed to prepare this?
With salmon, it's easy:
> Place on aluminum covered tray
> 12 min @ 350 F -> 5 min @ high broil
> Comes out crisp every time
If you pressure cook chicken, it comes out dry
If you bake it in the oven, it comes out chewy
Air fry it, and it sticks together
Only grilling chicken works but it's such a bitch to clean my cast iron everytime.
