    Great, another vegoid thread.

I’m a based omnivore. I eat tons of meat, dairy, and various grains, fruits, vegetables, and I occasional dabble in fast food, candy, snacks.

I’m healthier than you, my blood is great. I get all of my necessary nutrients plus enough to not only survive, but thrive and function optimally.

You have your ideologies, your friends, and your redditwitter echo chambers, I have nature, science, and all of our ancestors behind my back, holding me up, metaphorically, and proving me right, time and time again.

    I am better than you.

    >post body

I didn't make or give a shit about the OP pic, but I imagine it's percentage of daily recommended intake or something like that. It's not saying pumpkin seeds are 110% iron. That would make them very heavy and hard to eat, bro.

when you trace this back to the source you end up with people who seem to be involved in an MLM scam
one of them is an ex government worker of Manitoba Health a department of the Government of Manitoba in Canada

he is the one spreading the vegan stuff and endorsed some other dude who seems to be now working at a fitness studio
that fitness guy was involved in some advertising company who lists the 'Kansas Department of Health and Environment' as a client

that probably wasn't the smartest idea to list that on the homepage
so if every department is just spreading fake news then those numbers are worthless?
whats the point of all of this nonsense

the fitness guy should probably stop he looks so jacked that he surely took drugs
