Women constantly touch my biceps now. It was fun in the start but it's just annoying now. There was this one time a girl was looking straight at me while me and gf were at a cafe. She just wouldn't turn her gaze away from me. There are a lot of other incidents too but tbh i got a gf when i was still dyel af and had just started to improve myself. My gf doesn't like skinny guys but she saw that i was trying to improve my physique so she was happy with that.

I barely care about women's physical appearance at all, so long as she isn't overweight. I think this came from both lifting and quitting porn. I evaluate women based on their potential as a lifelong companion/mother rather than just thinking about getting laid. In fact I barely think about sex at all, what I really want is to experience falling in love and the formation of a relationship with someone I can trust to spend the rest of my life with.

I didn't start lifting for women, but when I stopped being a fatfrick and dropped 70lbs, I could tell a huge difference. Girls actually look at me, strike up conversations with me, pretend to care about what I say and even make excuses to get physical. I did have to put alot of work into my self to make that happen. Lost weight, worked out, improved my hygiene and fashion sense and taught myself to talk and handle myself non-autistically in social settings. It's not just one answer. It's a large, lifestyle and mindset change.

You are better of maximizing your face for women and your body for yourself
    >peppermint and castor oil mix for your eyebrows and eyelashes (can confirm this works after a few months of consistent application)
    >tretinoin (takes a yr to see good results)
    >beard max, even just to have the potential to grow one or a 5 o’clock shadow when shaven

Don't forget your makeup and keeping up with the latest fashion too if you're going to do all that. Men don't really have to do much honestly, being that high maintenance as a dude is probably a turn off for most women as they don't want someone that spends more time in the bathroom getting ready than they do.

I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

Personally I've grown quite fond of Whitney Houston.
Whitney Houston burst onto the music scene in 1985 with her self-titled LP which had
four number one hit singles on it, including “The Greatest Love of All,” “You Give Good
Love” and “Saving All My Love for You,” plus it won a Grammy Award for best pop vocal
performance by a female and two American Music Awards, one for best rhythm and
blues single and another for best rhythm and blues video. She was also cited as best
new artist of the year by Billboard and by Rolling Stone magazine. With all this hype one
might expect the album to be an anticlimactic, lackluster affair, but the surprise is that
Whitney Houston (Arista) is one of the warmest, most complex and altogether satisfying
rhythm and blues records of the decade and Whitney herself has a voice that defies
belief. From the elegant, beautiful photo of her on the cover of the album (in a gown by
Giovanne De Maura) and its fairly sexy counterpart on the back (in a bathing suit by
Norma Kaman) one knows that this isn’t going to be a blandly professional affair; the
record is smooth but intense and Whitney’s voice leaps across so many boundaries and
is so versatile (though she’s mainly ajazz singer) that it’s hard to take in the album on a
first listening. But you won’t want to. You’ll want to savor it over many.

After losing a lot of weight girls are more friendly, more open. A few weeks ago I was buying some stuff from a goodwill like store and a qt cashier girl seemed more enthusiastic talking to me than to another customer.

My own taste in women developed into me liking petite and short girls, gingers / strawberry blondes, and girls with acne / "butterface" that many dislike. I find them very cute

It's not about the muscles, it's about how it makes you feel.

You know women are ten times more desperate than the average man, right? It doesn't matter what you look like, how tall you are, whatever. All that matters is character and comfort. Don't bullshit her, and don't do or say anything to make her uncomfortable, and, at the very least, she'll sleep with you (as in, literally just sleep - she might even play with your ball)

Women, for the most part, are the sexually conservative ones, even with prophylactic technology being nearly infallible, it doesn't change the part of nature that makes them need to be discerning about who they have sex with. They're still often sentimental, though. They still get lonely. If you can be a comfy, amicable, guy, you will have few problems with the opposite gender.

At the end of it I'll still be ugly and she still won't want me. Also I completely cut all contact so idk what the frick I am thinking will happen. But it's motivation so I'll take it. When I was a fat kid girls constantly bullied me, except for like two of them who were interested in me (was fat until age 12, with a peak BMI of 42). Then I lost all the weight and cut down to a BMI of 20, suddenly a lot more girls started being interested in me, mires all day. At 14 I started browsing fit, gained 55kg over the course of 5 years. Up to about 15 kg ago girls my age were really into me, I have to cut now because the last 15kg was pure fat & the only ones who mire me now are women in their thirties and forties.
