you had mental gains, you evolved.

Replacing sadness with anger isn't a good change.

This. I have a fat ass relative that for some reason thinks he can give me advice even though I'm fit and my BMI is 23. I'm sorry but no amount of exercise or finding new hobbies is going to cure fricking type one bipolar disorder.

Some people while manic have sex with as many people as they can regardless of gender and apareance. There’s usually shame when it wears down tho.

if you want mental gains then run even more. after a certain point you'll stop thinking and your mind will go blank. thats why i did wrestling in high school. im speaking from experience here. you do enough exercise and your brain will shut off for the rest of the day and youll just want to sleep. mental gains

If other people are seething at you when you're fit and natty, it means envy/jealousy.
I just think "stay mad, homosexuals" when men treat me like shit for seemingly no reason, because I know they want what I've got.
Treat it as an envious mire, and move on to the next opportunity where a person/people don't hate you because you're better than them.

Why is this so flippantly true???
High T, High Value, whatever moronic label want to put on “confident men” the true test is when you physically mog them and how they respond. I would open the door for a qt and then some absolute sad excuse of a man makes a scene and goes “oh yeah? You’re such a gentleman” as I stare down and go “Anytime.” The guys just starts to fricking SEETHE. I was perplexed how a man can even consider himself sapient after that, I felt pity.

    >go to christmas with family
    >have a great time
    >happy
    >get in the car to drive home
    >realise i'm not worthy of their love
    >pull over to the side of the road and cry for ten minutes
some people are just built different OP. the good news is that being melancholy gives you access to profound experiences that normies will never get to have.

    >replace feeling of being defeated with killer instinct, outrage with your circumstances, and the Will to make something different
Objectively an improvement. You only think differently because you've been henpecked by postmodern culture into hating your own drive.

depending on how unhealthy/spiritually depraved your previous lifestyle was, it could take a year or two of clean living to get yourself back into a good mental state
    look up post-acute withdrawal syndrome
obviously you'll lower-severity symptoms than a decade-long multi-substance addict in recovery, but kicking bad habits or lesser addictions comes with the same kind of mental reshaping, which takes time
be kind to yourself and keep your head down and keep working
when you're frustrated, learn to ask yourself "am I doing what I need to be doing today?" and take it easy on yourself if the answer is yes
learn to frame your progress in longer time frames of several months or in years and quit taking setbacks of a handful of bad days/weeks as a sign that you're failing

Watch the Jonah hill movie about his therapist, it is good and you’ll realise you’re a gay but we all are.
There is an exercise in it about feeling grateful for shit you have and it makes me feel good.

Gym/exercise can help reduce stress but it doesn't remove the causes of stress. It also improves your physical health which can have an impact on mental health.
If you're stressed about money you need to find a better job. Hitting the gym won't do that for you.
