      Yeah, this is what cutting without muscles did to me. I'm 73 kg, 185 cm.
      I was around 85kg and I started with a calorie deficit and bodyweight training at home. 4 months in and I look like this. I guess i didn't put the enough effort. It was like, the fas was getting reduced but the love handles were getting bigger. Do you know how can i get rid of gyno? Or do I have some luck and it's just fat.

      You only have veiny arms. How to fix easily: Workout a pump program every day for arms and do some hindu push ups and squats. Fork put downs till you look like a greek statue. That's all, I literally did 3 forced day marches to get to greek proportions with my body one time, it really just requires you to eat literally next to nothing but three meals a day, no fap and being active. That's about it.

      Yeah, gonna super set those fork put downs even harder.

        What's your waist size / BF% from the Navy method? How many pushups or pullups can you do?
        Looking like that at 73kg means you've got to start lifting hard and hitting the resistance exercises or become a hungry skeleton. You can probably build decent muscle mass even in a deficit because you have no muscle to speak of, so keep cutting until you're below 15% BF

          It says that I have 25.6% bf, but I think it's higher.
          So basically I should just have a 50-100 calorie deficit and just train like a mad man? Thanks, after I will become 15% I'll post post the progress.

            Forgot about the pushups and pullups.
            I can do 15 pushups but if I force it, I can do 20.
            I can only do 2 pullups and only 12 chin ups.

      To be honest, I think I found the reason on why they are so damn hard to get rid off.
      When I was a kid I was a fatass, my family situation wasn't very good, so they afforded mostly cheap food, as a result, they kept feeding me with unhealthy food and sweets ( Ofcourse, I'm not blaming them for this, since it's my damn own fault, and I am the only one responsible in how I look today, parents only wanted to make me happy) Now, growing up, I didn't do physical activities, so because of that, the muscle mass didn't develop but the fat did, so from an early age until 12-13 years old, the fat begin depositing, and basically creating fat cell receptors and my metabolism was fucked. Fast forward to 14 years old when I began to have a growth spurt, I began looking "Skinnyfat", which is mainly a term used for people without muscles but with. What that means is that I had noodle arms and legs, but puffy face and big gut and love handles. Now being skinny fat is actually the worst because our body processes fat differently than fat people or skinny people, we look like we aren't that fat, but we actually are. We don't have the benefits of a fat person ( looking big, easly see progress when cutting), or of a skinny person (clean muscle progress, not looking like a piece of lard), but we got bot of their disadvantages ( Without clothes we look like a fatass(hideous even), we still look weak) and even a bigger disadvantage, we don't have visible progress.

      So the thing is, we skinny fat shits, have actually average/good genetics for muscle growth, but due to years of physical inactivity in our childhood/teens, our body metabolism and hormone behaviour got fucked. So we basically favored depositing fat instead of putting muscle.
      Thing is, what i've realized with skinny fat, that's it's very fucking hard to become fit because you can't undone 10,15,20+ years of being a unhealthy fatass in just 1 year. You need to put much hardwork. But it's not impossible.

        Skinnyfat is BY FAR the easiest "bad" physic to fix. You don't have to lose a ton of weight like fat people or going on a ton of bulking like skeleton people to gain mass. Stop being lazy and start the lifting+cardio
