I'm sure they're fat from eating meat. Sure thing, goyfeeder.

90% of mongolian diet is red meat, meanwhile has ha one of the lowest life expectancy on the planet.

If you feel like shit after eating carbs it's because your gut microbiome is broken, not because carbs supposedly break your microbiome. Also parasites are a way bigger problem than bacteria.

Harmful fats (such as those in ultra-processed foods) can create significant damage to the microbiota, my case. Something I already gave up and only eat rice and flours, a good progress for me personally. And I'm already cleansing myself of those parasites, my doctor's recommendation.

wish i could just get an antibiotic and start over

You just need to replace those yeasts with probiotics! Start consuming all kinds of fermented dairy products, you could even eat fermented vegetables!

I have drank milk Kefir for years, but still have this. It has gotten better, but I've stagnated a long time ago. I'm lost. Dealing with Cheilitis Exfoliativa too, I'm sure it's my gut. Since anything I eat bloats me up.

I'd try carnivore, but I'm too poor to afford all the meat. I'm afraid of trying antimicrobials, but I may try oregano oil for once.

Just so you anons have an image. I don't eat most fibers. If I do, say eat some salad/fruit, I pass a shit ton of gas the whole day. To such an extent where I can't sozialize, like a ISTizen ripping protein farts every 4 minutes.

      Idk what to do anymore.

I am skinnyfat anon, truth be told. A very good comparison is this guy (not me, but be has my exact build).

You have bacterial overgrowth, kefir and fermented foods won't make it better, rather try the antibiotic route.
i'd take some penicillin and some antifungal while you're at it, also consume daily raw carrots, raw garlic, oregano oil, mushrooms and bamboo shoots

I'm going to try this route, with oregano oil etc. first. Wanted to get this thing called "Biocidin", but I see some stories of people fricking themselves up on antimicrobials. Don't want to be that guy.

I haven't gone to a doc on this issue for a while, thought about getting some rifaximin, I'm open to suggestion for alternatives now.

            Also, my diet consists of:
            >Raw cheese
            >Organic white pasta
            >Eggs
            >Chicken/ground beef/meat on occasion
            >Lactose free milk (normal milk fricks me up, this stuff gives me macros/some micros to get through the day and avoid cheap bread)

That's it. Added some orange juice like Ray Peat (I know, meme gurus, but I'm lost) suggests, but idk how this'll go. My diet is very restricted, since I know this won't frick me up.

            Already tried
            >Cutting out grains for months
            >Cutting out all dairy for months
            >Cutting out all fruit (helped a lot)
            >Cutting out all vegetables (helped a lot)

I have only tried those, I made greek yogurt. but you can try all kinds of yougurts, cheeses, butter and more. Like ghee. The advantage of making it at home is that as these products are not pasteurized you keep their probiotics and they help the microbiota. BUT according to what I have researched, kefir has 3 times more types of bacteria than yogurt, so if you want the benefits I recommend kefir, if you want to vary by taste try Greek yogurt, I could send you a video or something like that but I am Spanish speaking, but anyway here is how to make kefir and Greek yogurt.

Curious fact: The biggest problem with milk is its lactose for example, because it is a sugar and because many do not tolerate it, but kefir and lactic ferments are responsible for reducing or eliminating this lactose, and you keep all the beauty and goodness of milk!

Wait a sec how do you make homemade yogurt? Every fricking recipe I see literally says mix milk with yogurt. But how the frick do you get the yogurt from scratch??? Reddit is shit

Get some culture, mix it with room temp milk and let it ferment in a warm place. you can save some of the yogurt to mix it with a new batch of milk.

      Anonymous

The issue is you need to have raw milk, tye proper conditions and then hope you get lucky if you want to create your own mother culture and don't just make rotten milk. If you are going to go full autistic just buy a mother culture and make your yogurt with that. Once you made the yogurt you just keep making yogurt with the original yogurt.

The lactic acid produced by the fermentation takes care of that! the bad bacteria can't survive those very acidic conditions and only the beneficial bacteria develop, a tip I have is to get a good culture, and if you feel that it is not of good quality you can throw part of the container to maximize those bacteria and that the ferment will not rot, and with the yogurt you create you can create more yogurt and more easily because of the higher concentration and quality of bacteria!
And as Greek yogurt is a thermophilic ferment (i.e. it ferments better at high temperatures) if you make a water bath you can accelerate the process so that the fermentation time lasts less than 12 hours.

Surely anything above ~43°C will just kill it. Lactobacillus is notoriously easy to kill.

Only mesophilic ferments, Greek yogurt is a thermophilic ferment, therefore high temperatures are beneficial.

Mine is just fricked now. Never had a great diet and I had a bad case of food poisoning and now it's just over for me. Few drops of dairy I'm out, have been trying to expand from just chicken over rice but it's not working. Try the wrong food and I'm in pain for days.
