he's a gold standard for dudes lifting based off internet information. I use his custom physique template and particularly his guidance on bulking, maintenance, and cutting.
I have browsed IST for about a year and a half but now about to quit because of the constant coombait. So I have a good framework of fitness. I also viewed Jeff Nipps videos. I was casually lifting uptill now.
If I want to start lifting seriously and join a gym, should I hire a PT (money's not a problem)? OR make my own program and see if I see progress in a month?
I am asking this because the PTs can be ignorant + if I happen to know more about them in something their ego will get hurt. Also some of ISTs views are different than mainstream and that has affected me to an extent, like I view deadlift as not that usefull by pure hypertrophy standards.
Should I follow Mike from start? Like make a program exactly as he says? Or rub some of my braincells together too?
>benefits of having a PT
you externalize all the bullshit and just lift weights >cons of having a PT
he's probably a know nothing moron and you pay him for lower gainz
just lift weights, moron. unless you're going to competitions and whatnot you're already stronger and bigger than any dyel normie, anything beyond that is self-achievement or mental illness.
yes, I too was casually lifting and follow a Jeff Nippard program and now renaissance periodization male physique templates. Take his advice on bulking cutting and maintaining specifically, and you'll be golden
>I have a good framework of fitness >I watch youtube fitness >should I hire a PT?
You know literally nothing. If you even have to ask that you are functionally moronic about fitness. It would be forgiveable if you were just some boomer trying to get fit for the first time so you don't know but you're claiming you understand everything and you STILL are moronic.
nothing pisses me off more than "smart" bodybuilders and lifters. Just lift weights, homosexuals. If you have to program for 10 years with autistic levels of precision, you're not genetically gifted enough to make it. The best of the best just "hurhur pick up heavy object huyr did it! wurd record!"
ronnie coleslaw used to go into a gym with rusted weights and lift PR's with a gay white cuck guy in the corner screaming at him and slapping his big black ass and back. there was no programming involved
>the best of the best are moronic
The best of the best are eating at a specific caloric budget, counting every calorie, periodizing their bulks, maintenance cycles, and cut cycles, and following a program. Sit down fatty, you don't know what you're talking about
Roman Fritz is one of the very few bodybuilders who is as autistic as members of this board, talk to a real pro watch their videos they aren’t that anal about this shit. They eat out often, they cheat on their diet, and they have superior genetics. It’s genetics over everything man, all the gear in the world, coupled with the best training and diet won’t get you a pro card if you have sub standard genetics.
Unfortunately this is the case, and it makes finding an actual coach a problem.
Elite athletes are genetically gifted and often enhanced. The main purpose of a coach for elite athletes is make sure they don't get injured. Other than that, pretty much anything will be fine.
Unfortunately for us genetic dead ends, we need actually useful coaching if we want to see results, and that coaching is VASTLY different from the 'coaching' that professionals need.
However, if you aren't competing you don't need a coach at all.
honestly better and more authoritative than most of the shit internet. He's good in virtue of that, at least he has data backing up his claims. in a world of shit and anecdote, he's better than everyone else.
Yeah Lyle btfo’d Mike and bag lickers like Nipples. Layne Norton was a curve ball in that saga though because he actually trains like a maniac to the point that his programming sucks and he’s always injured. Mike himself never trains that hard and his 2-3RIR is closer to like 5 or 6, he gets gain cause he’s a walking pharmacy.

cringed when he said cyka blyad in that one video when the weight became heavy.
>Mike Israel
>Song stars with words "when you think all is foreskin"
>Hgh forehead
Hi programs are annoying and take six hours to do
his 5x a week templates take 2 hours tops usually 1 hour 30 minutes

are you aware that every good bodybuilder or powerlifter ever had a coach that did the autistic programming for them? now go lift, roleplayer
ronnie coleslaw used to go into a gym with rusted weights and lift PR's with a gay white cuck guy in the corner screaming at him and slapping his big black ass and back. there was no programming involved
We don't talk about the massive motherfrickers just doing everything to failure and hitting pr's every week.
Ronnie also has the greatest bodybuilding genetics of all time

Literally none of what you said is correct

Typical of israelite israel to downplay actual stuff that works

Platinum standard of fitness youtube content. Learned basically everything I know from him and made great gains in a couple of months.
Absolutely must watch category: 3 kinds of failure.
Now every time I gotta do a hard exercise to failure I use the following power phrases
> sdelayem!
> RUZ
> DVUH
> TREE BLYAD
>Israetel
You know the verdict
Midwit who doesn't know what training to failure means, Lyle is right even tho he's a dyel
