Mild Erectyle Dysfunction

Hi guys, for some months now I have had the following issue a few times:
I get hard normally, but then the erection is lost before cumming.
I do have kinda fit lifestyle (minus cardio)
What do you guys recommend? I don't want to go to the doctor.

I have thought of getting more serious with cardio, as my cardio capacity currently is shite (I run about 1,5km at 6min/km which is pretty low)

    Sounds like you need to fix your hormonal situation. I'd normally suggest the nutrients that go into synthesizing thyroid hormone, which in turn helps with androgen production and sensitivity, but I've recommended them plenty and anons still don't believe me. Good luck, maybe get the three important thyroid hormones checked? (TSH, T4, and T3) If something is wrong with any of these, the stack you'd need is (while eating plenty of protein) Lugol's Solution iodine 5% (2-4 drops daily)(contains both elemental iodine and potassium iodide, which are important for hormone synthesis and sensitivity), magnesium, zinc, selenium, and [optionally] boron (for parathyroid health). All of these taken daily over the course of around 4 months will gradually unfrick the thyroid if it is indeed thyroid. Standard tests typically don't check all 3 important thyroid hormones at the same time, so I'm more just posting this in case someone is interested in the information, I highly doubt you'll take the time or money to find this out yourself or apply what I'm suggesting.

      Thanks for your reply, tbh I don't even know where can I get that checked. A normal lab that does blood tests should be able to do this?

        There are some labs you can order the tests from online or over the phone in some countries, but it depends on your region if that's allowed or applicable. Some labs offer appointments to get them all three screened. Until you have all three checked for abnormal levels, the possibility of hypothyroidism (or hyperthyroidism, which is just a fancy term for hypothyroidism in a particular way that makes the transition of hormones from TSH -> T4 -> T3 bottlenecked so there is an abundance of a particular hormone) cannot be ruled out if there is a presence of low hormonal health symptoms.

      Assuming you're a zoomerhomosexual. Stop mainlining creatine and SARMs. You are fricking up your chemicals. If you are a millennial like me, go get a blood test; a full panel. I take arginine and that makes my hammer hang thick and plump. My erections got better due to that vasodilator, but also dropped BMI.

      This is very important! I have hypothyroidism. It's been controlled with medicine for over 7 years and the only thing that is noticeable is that my muscles don't grow as fast but get stronger. I think this condition affects muscle fiber size, not strength. I look lean and athletic.....but can pick up 45 plates like nothing.

      That's what I'm planning to do first. 1,5km is laughable. I'm planning to slowly increase how much I can run until I get to 10k. Let's see how it goes

    Diabetics often get ED from the high blood sugar damage. Its reasonable to assume this happens to a lesser extent even if you are non diabetic. Low carb gave me better erections despite not being diabetic

    Don't smoke or vape at all. Don't drink or take drugs when you want to frick.
    If you are picking up girls while drinking or doing coke you have to take Cialis preemptively. 5-10mg will do the trick.

    LISS/MICT Cardio. Do 45-60 minutes at the second-third zone 3-4 times a week. Incline treadmill walks, jogging, nice and slow stairmaster, static bike - get your aerobic base up. To make it less mind-numbing you can do the first 30min on one implement and the rest on another.

      You need to perform once to be able to always perform when it's a phycological factor, my first advice would be to keep trying, maybe get her to blow you to get hard but the simplest solution would be using Viagra once.

    Increase starch, sugar, calcium and salt consumption.
    Decrease fat and especially PUFAs.
    Train less often but harder.
    I cum buckets on a potato-milk-oranges-coffee diet and can cream pie easily 3 times a day.

    Are you having difficulty staying erect during sex, or during masturbation?

    Cardio is the #1 fix, especially if it's during sex. Sex (done right) is a strenuous cardiovascular activity. I was having difficulties staying up with my wife for a few months, to the point that she asked if I needed to see the doctor, but I could tell I was getting soft because I my heartrate was spiking and I was getting too tired to have sex. Did cardio for a couple months and it was no longer a problem (Thank Christ).

    During that time I never had issues jerking off though. So, if that's an issue for you, you may have additional problems. I'd still start either cardio though.

    Regarding cardio, you lads know of any low impact ways to do it that don't or minimally involve the legs? Both my knees are absolutely bombed out and in general my joints are pretty bad (still lift upper body though).

    Cardio… 1 day a week will work wonders.. should be able to do a 5k in 24 min at the worst… 8 min mile for 3 miles.
