Minimalist workout for the depressed

Can I make good gains with just push up, chin up and overhead press?
Thanks.

Work out more and you'll feel less depressed.

If you do enough of them, you'll see gains. But your time would be better invested by joining a gym and using the equipment there.
It's also something that might help your imaginary condition.

      >minimalist workout
      >minimalist gains (no gains that is)

      >physical activity won't fix depression, you should try doing physical activity
Holy frick, shut your moron mouth you stupid homosexual

You sound like one of those hipsters that hit every muscle with 5 different exercises when just doing (weighted) chin ups alone blows up your biceps like crazy.

          >back exercise
          >blows up your biceps like crazy
this is why every bodybuilder is doing chin ups instead of actual arm work, right?

Black person it's a biceps and lats exercise, the last part of the movement is all biceps.

        >anon claims that only doing 3 simple (but effective in their own right) exercises is inferior to getting an actual program going
        >you extrapolate this to "physical activity won't fix depression"
You remind me of my gf

Can be done but none of that will fix depression. Go for a long walk or good hard run. Trail run or hike in the woods would be better if able but a park would be fine. If you have access to a bike mountain biking will fix you also.

Those are pretty good exercises. So yeah, probably. Stop being a b***h though, stress and sadness lowers test and kills gains.

you'll make gains if you add weight when doing push-ups and chin-ups. depression is a b***h but the only way out is if you lift off you when you work out.

Push up - triceps + chest
Chin up - biceps + forearms + back
    OHP - Shoulders
Idk seems to hit every torso muscle except stomach and traps

Fren you need add face pulls for shoulder health. Also add leg raises and you are golden, you will have stick legs but I guess you don't care.

Lift heavy and take zinc and vitamin D3(you should still get sunlight too). You’ll be immune to the common cold and depression.

Clean up your dirty dick diet too.
Lift good, eat good, look good, feel good.
