Model here. Facial exercises work, almost everyone who I work with does them. Im 100 percent sure most, if not all celebrities do them, at least those who are usually in front of the camera.

>why bro? nah dude if you're ugly you're just ugly you cant change that!!!
Sure, it won't make you go from 3 to 8, from 5 to 10. But there is a reason people in my field are obsessed with it. Face, just as the rest of the body- consists of muscles, and these muscles need training too. It makes a big difference, your face will look a LOT better in motion, you'll look better while smiling, speaking etc, and you might tone your assymetries if you have ones a bit as well.

Some quality fac.exercises here : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oJIk2PyukjY

i done tons of research and it only works if youre younger than 23 or so, after that you're fricked and are better off with surgery.

When people have injuries to the nerves/muscles in the face their bones often get deformed from the change in posture. So your bones can definitely change over time - they're living tissue after all
And there are dental conditions where your tongue pushing on your teeth causes them to shift in a bad way.
From this it makes sense that mewing would work, just very slowly

It doesn't really do much. I did it since I was about 14-15 and my jaw still didn't develop properly and I have to get the wisdom teeth pulled out

You should mew constantly. But I still think its a bit overrated. Facial exercises and facial massages are by far the best if you really obsess over appearance. I remember starting, doing it everyday, then stopping after like 2 months and in return, my face didn't look as good as when I was doing the exercises.

The reason people think facial exercises don't work is because most people don't understand how hypertrophy and muscle growth work in the first place. They will do something a few times a week and expect results, just like DYELs at the gym.

Very based post. It's all about development.

I'm also "naturally" beautiful. It's because I'm hypersensitive so my over active nerves have already developed my face without conscious effort. If this weren't the case I'd use OP's video.

Hey man I've got a unique look and wanted to get into modeling, any guides on how to get good pictures, or good poses and backrounds/set you can do that complements your particular look? I know I could get some good pictures and I see some models that are men and I know I'm better looking so I can for sure get into it. Sorry I sound conceited but in just being honest. Tips?

I'm sub to his channel. It worked for me.
My left eye was about 1cm higher then my right and both where parallely sideways like:
I realised that i always had my head tilted to the right and i believe that it has created an imbalance in my face. I started stretching my neck and eyes about a year ago and now my face is a lot more symmetrical and in my case i think i was a 6 because of my fricked up eyes and now i think i'm an 8. I think it can really make the difference. It can make you reach your actual potential

mewing is fine, that is just practicing good tongue posture and when you chew food, make sure to chew it thoroughly

Jaw exercisers are what you're talking about, you shouldn't specifically exercise your jaw like that, just chewing your food for longer is enough.

Utilizing the special swallow does not really show as much benefits as the tongue posture, so you don't need to do that either.

    >it works, because almost all models and celebrities who are in front of camera does them
It's a bit of a stretch, but maybe they do those exercises because they know that looks is all they have and are scared af to lose it due to aging and they know nothing else?

Is this a meme or actually works?

I have a decent face, sometimes quite good (5/10-7/10) but my profile is shit. Only from front and angled side it's alright, but from the side I'm conscious of my face looking like this ) . Nose furthest out but chin and forehead further back. Can exercises actually make my jaw/chin point further out? I can't bother fricking meowing for 2 years for 2mm's of difference honestly.
