actually it doesnt have sneed oil, its just not that much protein, i think its good to add to shakes for peanut butter taste but it cant replace protein powder in any form.

then the other group thinks they need to eat 200-300g of protein daily and while you can "just eat meat", i eat half a kilo meat every single day for last 10 years, but to reach those numbers you would need to eat over 1kg to just barely scrape the 200g. while still enjoyable that can become very expensive. so instead they just chug protein shakes with every meal etc.
i can get "easily" ~150g from just normal foods so i dont bother but i can see the appeal if you are misguided.
