      The biological variant is too tasty. So I was thinking of just switching to the regular. The regular gets thicker and less digestible if you leave it for a day. So it takes me 4 days rather than 2 to get through a single cup. Still am worried about the palm oil they allegedly use and how their grass fed cows aren't required by law to be grass fed as long as an attempt is being made.

        this, hitting protein targets on a cut without protein powder is pretty expensive otherwise. You have to eat a frickton of eggs and chicken breast. Any non lean meat source like beef can easily put you over your limit.

      a lot of beginners unironically think that you NEED protein powders. its like steroids for them or part of "bodybuilding".
      they dont even think it as like okay this has x protein, it's something more than that, like some magical entity. lifting out doesn't exist without protein powder.

      then the other group thinks they need to eat 200-300g of protein daily and while you can "just eat meat", i eat half a kilo meat every single day for last 10 years, but to reach those numbers you would need to eat over 1kg to just barely scrape the 200g. while still enjoyable that can become very expensive. so instead they just chug protein shakes with every meal etc.

      i can get "easily" ~150g from just normal foods so i dont bother but i can see the appeal if you are misguided.
