im on the same program but the 13week challenge. Before that i did FSL and SSL with some triumvirate and occasional Joker sets. I did the diet aswell and ate tons of eggs and bacons. I never trained more that two days in a row. Make sure you guys read 5/3/1. The only thing that i don't like about Jim is that he is a ultra right wing neo nazi. Otherwise its a good program. Don't forget to superset the 5x10 BBB excersises and add another superset to the main lifts. For examples SS chin ups with 5 x 10 ohp. If you also want hypertrophy you can 8/6/3 instead of 531
MOST IMPORTANT THING: LOVE LIFE AND HAVE SEX for the program to work
