>Wake up with the sunrise (important, IMO. Circadian rhythm maxing has been very good for my sleep and mental clarity)
>Denounce the talmud
>Coffee on, wash face with water, then toner and moisturizer with SPF
>Go for a walk, at least up to the park. Distance isn't important for this first walk of the day, it's to get fresh air, sun on my face, and signal to my body that I'm awake
>Mediate in a sunny spot, I use the Headspace app
>Get home, stretching routine
>Open my computer to start work
