Why is modern fitness so gay?
I literally just lift until I'm tired and I eat anything that has a high level of protein in it, regardless of whether or not it's a "full protein".
You think Spartans or Romans measured their protein intake or cared about their sources of protein?
I'm so sick of fitness related content being so gay.
Just lift and stop being such a vegana.
