Multi vitamins. They're all bullshit, aren't they? Posted on February 5, 2023 by Anonymous Multi vitamins. They're all bullshit, aren't they?
Yeah, you don't actually need nutrients and can survive on bread and water. The garden gnomes don't want you to know this.
keep taking your pills goyim
you can't live a healthy life without buying industrial made vitamins
they're bullshit because the amount of "nutrients" you get from them is a fraction of what you get from eating real food.
If you're a fatass doing keto just eat 20g of spinach and 70g of blackberries. You'll get way more micro nutrients than those industrial made vitamins.
theyre like $10 for a 6 month supply you complete schizo gay, and they do have a little benefit, least of all the fantastic feeling i have knowing the delicious gummy bear vitamins im eating right now are causing you to seeth
>just eat 20g of spinach and 70g of blackberries
Does it matter if they're frozen? They get kinda mushy when I thaw them and I can't help but think some of the nutritional value is lost.
I've asked this on IST before, was told that you just pee most of the nutrients out.
>was told that you just pee most of the nutrients out.
maybe some fat soluble vitamins but they'll be absorbed as long as you take it with a meal
They're basically a nutritional insurance policy for poorfags who shop at Iceland and can't afford bougie stuff.
But if you're a tof who buys salads and salmon and organic lamb and hummus and Greek yogurt at M&S and all that shit then no you probably don't need them and are actually better off without.
Eat liver, drink fresh OJ, milk and coffee and you won't need to buy supplements.
Besides, most supplements are contaminated and end up doing more harm than good.

Pretty much this. A lot of people think they can't be harmful because most vitamins are water soluble because they don't even understand what it means. FYI water soluble vitamins can be stores in the body (muscles, nerves etc) as well. B6 is a good example and can cause small fiber neuropathy at quite low dosages despite of what garden gnomes tell you. The funny thing is, whenever people develop nerve problems they start taking a B complex which makes things worse because of B6.
You only need creatine and zinc as supplements, maybe magnesium if you don't eat spinach and avocado. Eat liver and oysters once a week.
Creatine causes people who are predisposed to balding to start balding quicker and zinc makes your fingernails ridged
Yes please stop taking creatine it causes cancer and decreases testosterone along with the balding thing
They interact with one another. For example zinc blocks copper absorption. Calcium blocks iron, etc.
What about plant extracts guys? Like black seed oil, turmeric extract and milk thistle? Are they shit also?
I took the advice of McAffe and my acne cleared in couple of week. I think it was the milk thistle
Is picrel the best multivitamin on the market? Ticks all the boxes imo
My diet lack fish, greens and fruits, pretty much a shit daily intake for everything else and I feel like its really helping me for sure.Maybe its my body adjusting to daily jogging but I feel like my legs recover faster than before.
Planning to try this one since its cheaper than what I'm using now (thorne elite).
Most of them are literal garbage swept from the floor and you get nothing useful out of them and 99% of people take them for absolutely no gain.
They’re BS. I’ve read enough studies saying they don’t make any objective differences. Instead, I just drink a vegetable drink instead.
I'm only taking Vit B, Magnesium and the cum triangle supplements, (zinc, L-argine, lecithin)
They definitely make a difference for cooming.
no, take a spoonful of cod liver oil instead.
