      they're bullshit because the amount of "nutrients" you get from them is a fraction of what you get from eating real food.
      If you're a fatass doing keto just eat 20g of spinach and 70g of blackberries. You'll get way more micro nutrients than those industrial made vitamins.

        Does it matter if they're frozen? They get kinda mushy when I thaw them and I can't help but think some of the nutritional value is lost.

    But if you're a tof who buys salads and salmon and organic lamb and hummus and Greek yogurt at M&S and all that shit then no you probably don't need them and are actually better off without.

    Eat liver, drink fresh OJ, milk and coffee and you won't need to buy supplements.
    Besides, most supplements are contaminated and end up doing more harm than good.

      Pretty much this. A lot of people think they can't be harmful because most vitamins are water soluble because they don't even understand what it means. FYI water soluble vitamins can be stores in the body (muscles, nerves etc) as well. B6 is a good example and can cause small fiber neuropathy at quite low dosages despite of what israelites tell you. The funny thing is, whenever people develop nerve problems they start taking a B complex which makes things worse because of B6.

    You only need creatine and zinc as supplements, maybe magnesium if you don't eat spinach and avocado. Eat liver and oysters once a week.

    They interact with one another. For example zinc blocks copper absorption. Calcium blocks iron, etc.

      My diet lack fish, greens and fruits, pretty much a shit daily intake for everything else and I feel like its really helping me for sure.Maybe its my body adjusting to daily jogging but I feel like my legs recover faster than before.

    I'm only taking Vit B, Magnesium and the cum triangle supplements, (zinc, L-argine, lecithin)

    They definitely make a difference for cooming.
