This is about 1 year of progress. I could have done a lot better but for a couple of months I stopped lifting and started dining out frequently again. Though the first pic is already after losing 50 lbs.
Went from a H1 to G1 to F3
it takes a very long time to build muscle and there are outliers and medical problems that can get in the way of optimal muscle growth even if you have the optimal routine. I would suggest that instead of cut and bulk you just recomp and trust the process and be consistent because it's going to be a grind no matter what. Fitness is something that is lifelong, you need to find what you enjoy doing and something you can do forever.
I feel like I have more muscle than E5 but E6 looks really fucking weird and not like me. Hoping to move to something like C4 or something similar within the next 3 months though.
D2, I’m still a skinnyfat dyel but with a little bit of muscle now that I lift
D,E,F 3-4
around that area, used to be 270 lbs 37 bmi and lost 105 lbs so i have some loose skin but in good lighting i have some definition.
No body post cuz I'm shy but I'm at E6 right now.
My goal body is D7 by the end of this year.
where my G1 bros at
to women I'm a G6
You're very similar to b5 imo
b2 with slightly bigger pecs. at least im not fat anymore
>tfw G2
Still cutting
Somewhere in the C row I think
Kind of feel like I'm going to end up looking similar to Isley when I'm his weight
Somewhere in the realm of F/G 4/5
Around C4/C5 I think
A6/B6 is my goal
g1 want to be d4 at least then reassess. so far down 15 pounds
C6 with belly pouch cause I used to be a little fatty.

>this was 12 years ago
I was f8, lost about 50 lbs.
>start cutting
>go left instead of down in the chart
how do I stop this? I already eat 200g protein and train 3x a week

Somewhere between F5 - F6 and haven’t decided if I want F8 or C9
I am around d2 atm. Only started lifting this January. How reasonable is reaching c4 before the summer?
Currently at around D3-D5 trying to cut to B4 and then start the weight gain cycle
F2, is there still hope?
that F8 guy has more muscle than anybody else on the grid
Thanks
prob d4 but more skelly
F7
>tfw bulking was the requirement to be socially accepted by the powerlifters at the gym
at my pl gym nobody is really socially accepted until they deadlift 6 plates

Fug, still around an F5/6.
