    D,E,F 3-4

    around that area, used to be 270 lbs 37 bmi and lost 105 lbs so i have some loose skin but in good lighting i have some definition.

    This is about 1 year of progress. I could have done a lot better but for a couple of months I stopped lifting and started dining out frequently again. Though the first pic is already after losing 50 lbs.
    Went from a H1 to G1 to F3

      it takes a very long time to build muscle and there are outliers and medical problems that can get in the way of optimal muscle growth even if you have the optimal routine. I would suggest that instead of cut and bulk you just recomp and trust the process and be consistent because it's going to be a grind no matter what. Fitness is something that is lifelong, you need to find what you enjoy doing and something you can do forever.

    I feel like I have more muscle than E5 but E6 looks really fricking weird and not like me. Hoping to move to something like C4 or something similar within the next 3 months though.
