This, fricking moronic bodybuilders have repurposed a phrase

Sounds like a genetic thing because I have absolutely zero muscle memory. Aside from fighting me tooth and nail on making any progress, my body requires exactly the same, if not more time, to reach previously lost milestones.

Damn, really?! I can take a year off, lose everything and be back to +90% of my peak in 12 wks.

        Anonymous

Ya, there's science behind this too, your body already made more muscle fibers when you trained the first time, it doesn't lose them when you stop they just go into hypertrophy and get smaller, so it's easier to get them back than it was to build them the first time

I didn't lift for 3 years and got it all back in a few weeks plus I was stronger and grew more.
Honestly after 2/3/5/5 I was happy enough with my strength
I haven't been weight lifting for weeks, I'm broadening my skills with sprinting, swimming, and some functional work too.
Thinking about doing fighting but there are no fighting gyms near me. I'm mostly interested in grappling.

What a moronic fricking post. Either you're LARPing or roiding or both but one thing's for sure, you're a massive homosexual.

Before my 3 year break I was lifting for almost 5 years, if you're below 2/3/5/5 after 5 years of lifting then you're doing something wrong.
You can get to 1/2/3/4 pretty much within your first few month of lifting, and if you're not growing up by one pl8 after 5 years you're really fricking something up.
I'm mostly over the lifting thing though, I won't grow more without gear, I won't be the best, I'm already better than 99% of all men, and I can just run maintenance.

I honestly belive you and don't know why, but when I stopped lifting for 2 months (medical reason) and went back, I got back to my PRs in one week and next week I surpassed my PRs easily, I look more shredded than I ever did working out every week for 3 years

I don't know how to explain it, but taking hiatuses is good.

Yes, do keep being a massive homosexual. Post body so I can laugh some more while you're at it, maybe you're just a fat frick after all.

If they shit thenselves, their guts will spill out of their buttholes because your dumb ass dna could not figure out how to do a intestine, you homosexual. What consoles me is that one day you will die.

i'm not the original anon you were replying too about 1/2/3/4 but when I started lifting 190 cm and probably 100kg. i could do 1 within a week. 2 took longer because i suck at bench but still within months. and 3/4 i have no time frame for because i didn't do legs when i started.
          inb4 your fat
