I love the taste but they're kind of pointless nutrition wise, you're lying about the nutrients. It's a fiber bomb with a little bit of minerals from soil pretty much. Can't justify buying them, I should cultivate them or bamboo shoots.
B-Vitamins, copper, zinc, potassium, selenium, iron and phosphorous are nothing I guess. Also the more fibre you eat the better.
