      I'm also having to cut at 2000 calories but I wanna retain all my strength gains
      I'm 210 and 5'10 and my only consistent protein source is eggs I just wanna be 175 again bros

      Might try this idk but I do cardio(sprinting 2 times a day) so idk

            Yeah man im in the same position. I lost 5 kgs in 2 months and got 2 back which Im hoping its muscle rather than fat. I still have a long way to go but gonna grind harder until I reach my goal. Have 10 kgs of fat to lose still. We'll get there eventually anon keep up the good job
