Are you breathing into your chest? You need to do breath in your diaphragm

Get a blood panel done, but you might just have GERD or something and you overthinking it leads to anxiety / panic attack therefore the heartbeats.
I have had random chest pains too and went to the hospital everything came out normal, turns out it was just GERD and diminishing my caffeine consumption, especially energy drink and having more consistent sleep schedules helped a lot.

The doctor said gerd too so I took omeprazole then went to a specialist who put a camera down my throat and said there was no sign of gerd and my chest still hurts all the time

A single dose can be enough if you get an ~~*unfortunate*~~ batch. Your heart muscle is expressing spike proteins as a result of the vaccination and since the spike protein is a pathogen, it is causing your body to launch an autoimmune attack against your own heart. You have myocarditis.

Try NAC see if that helps the report back if you're still alive

Anxiety. I had the same thing, just stopped caring and now I don't have the problem anymore.

Do you/did you take any drugs like phenibut, benzos, or drink a lot? I used to be addicted to valium and chest pain was one of my withdrawal symptoms.

Heartmaxx by doing at least 30 mins of aerobic exercise a week and eating a high fibre diet.

Me too OP. Random chest pain and fluttering, used to be terrifying and it happened often. Got tests done, nothing found, I was going crazy.
First, I noticed it got bad everytime I drank Monster Energy/goydrinks so I stopped and it lessened. Then, having my cardiologist reassure me that "sometimes fluttering happens to young people and goes away after some time" and that "there's just no way" I would die with my heart test results, then it dropped drastically, so I'm thinking it was maybe an anxiety thing. Sometimes it happens to me again during exercise kek but it just doesn't have the same "wow my heart almost stopped" adrenaline feeling that it had before and so I barely notice it now whenever it happens.

I will also add that it started shortly after I got PFIZERED kek, only one dose for me. Natural selection at its finest. Naturally I thought about myocarditis etc and my cardiologist said they would have noticed if I had it or if I had any heart damage. Truth is my heart was simply just fine, and 1.5 years later I'm not dead, I haven't decreased physically about anything, I'm simply just fine.

Lmao it's so funny that we went from the vaxx is safe and works to well it kinda works and is safe to it barely works and is mostly safe to it doesn't work and is untested and risky to well at least it didn't kill me personally. What a sales pitch lol.

Yeah. Worst thing is I was aware it was dangerous and I was playing russian roulette. Seeing it happen to me was horrifying. Thankfully it seems to be resolved now

I’ve gotten the same exact thing you have OP and I’ve been tested (xray, EKG, even a device I wore on my chest for two weeks) and they’ve found nothing. But I’d just be sitting there and would feel massive pressure in my chest, mostly upper left above the heart and sometimes in my arm, from nowhere. It could possibly be GERD but that wouldn’t explain the random heart flutter would it? It hasn’t gone away since I’ve gotten into shape.. very confusing and frustrating

It is probably the vaccine. There isn't going to be a cure for it. The best thing you can do is lower your physical exorcise. It tends to correlate with vaxxies dropping dead suddenly.

Had similar issues and also despite being in terrible shape cardio wise my resting heart rate was good, nothing unsual on the ecg. The chest pain I used to get was actually just Costochondritis. I reduced my caffeine intake and I think that also helped with the fluttering. My family has a history of heart disease, so obviously it is worrying at times but I am not overthinking it.

fluttery heartbeats with a low bpm can indicate atrial fibrillation, which can considered harmless but from what i've seen is generally treated with antiarrhythmics of varying strength depending on your likelyhood of ventricular tachycardia. ask about getting a heart monitor that allows you to send a report remotely when you feel it occurring and they can take a look at your pqrst wave in conjunction with other metrics during that period. the pain could be related to arteries, so i would consider attempting to reduce inflammation and arterial stiffness with your diet/exercise with a slower warmup period. in any case, good luck

I had pretty bad anxiety and the one time my heart felt normal was when they put a 24 hour ecg on me

Could also be Roemheld syndrom, which is entirely harmless
