                Your exercise selection is probably trash because if it were good, you'd see better lat, shoulder, and chest development after 9 months.

                I started the Pull-Push program like 2 or months ago, before i was doing a full-body program

                Push:
                Bench press/bench press machine
                Triceps with cable
                Pect machine

                Pull:
                Cable row
                Lat pull down
                A variation of the cable row
                Curl with cable

                You're not ready for isolation so just scrap this plan and just focus on compound exercises for another 2 more years.

                Try this.

                Push:
                Lu Raises, low weight high reps
                Squat, 8rm
                Overhead Press, harder movement so lighter weights 12rm
                Dips, 8rm with resistance bands to assist you until you can do it with body weight.
                Tricep accessory
                Hyperextensions

                Pull:
                Lu Raises, low weight high reps
                Deadlift, 8rm
                Pull ups, 8rm with use resistance bands to assist you until you can do it with body weight.
                Bicep accessory
                Reverse Hyperextensions

                For pull days its shorter because deadlifts and pullups are harder on your CNS. Stick with variations on this, post body in 2 years, and put me in the screencap.

                I just need time and stop eating so much, with time i'll create muscle and eating less would make me lose fat, if i start a routine i don't like i'd stop going to the gym

                Nobody should be doing a routine that they like, they should be doing a routine that works and grow to like it over time when it gives them results.

                Your results are shit after 9 months on that program, doing it for another 9 months isn’t going to change that.

                It will, it may not show in the picture because of the fat I guess but I already have more muscle and lift more than before, I may change my routine but once I feel i'm stagnant

            You clearly don't need to bulk with the amount of fat you already have (you bodytype bulks naturally anyway). You really should focus on becoming more lean and cutting some calories because we can barely see the results of your workout. Eat better and keep at it, bro. You'll get a good shape eventually
